Best Samsung Galaxy phone I've ever owned!! Samsung got it right on how smooth scrolling and how fast the processor is compared to my old S8. World of difference. You won't regret it. Now the S21 is out so go for that one...

Love my new phone, really enjoy the upgrade. bright, beautiful screen. great quality and usefulness. The battery works for a good amount of time so i can usually get away with only charging it every other day.

Great phone. This phone has everything I need. The screen is vibrant and clear, and the 120hz refresh rate makes it very smooth. Camera is very good, maybe not the best overall, but I'm very satisfied with it.

Love this Phone!!! Its sleek new look and I still can't get over how well it takes pictures BETTER then the IPhone I had. I have owned several Samsungs before but this one is so much better. Does everything I need.

oh, golly this galaxy 20s 5g is great. I needed a new phone and I'm so glad I did. The pic I took was so clear and nice. Movies watched so far have clarity and I like it. It's been a nice change. Thanks, Samsung!

Love my new phone. The sound quality if lots better over the s7... Love the picture quality...Only issue I have is there is no auxiliary port. Now I'm having to buy an adapter for my 4wheeler to play my radio thru the speakers.

Great Camera! Has everything you need from the ultra without the size or price tag. I went back and forth with it but then minor things with zoom and MP it was still a huge upgrade from my 9 plus. I'm really happy with this one!

We really like the Samsung galaxy series. We've had them for years and each generation gets better and better. The camera is fantastic. Got this one for my wife. I have the ultra. Definitely recommend!

Love my new Galaxy S20 plus. Was overdue for a new phone but waited till the price came down. $1200. for a phone is mad crazy. Couldn't upgrade to the Galaxy S21, well I guess I could have but didn't want to go the extra mile to switch everything on my SD card to the phone then to the cloud, want a simple life. The Galaxy S20 Plus was the only phone besides the Galaxy note 20 that had a SD slot , the not was alittle big for my liking. Switching over my Galaxy S7 edge to the S20 was smooth sailing but still work. Normally when I buy a phone from best buy I go right to the Samsung rep and they help with the transfer but the rep was there that day. Overall I love my S20

easy to set up, good customer service, best buy team helped alot and were very speedy. i have used samsung phones for years, and I don't see myself moving to a different device anytime soon.

Best phone I've owned so far. Originally looking at the S20 FE (unlocked), but the AT&T promo for this unit could not be ignored. Just need to get some of the AT&T gremlins under control!

Broke my old galaxy so got this new one and love it. Fingerprint and facial work well and the size is perfect. Checked prices everywhere and Best Buy beat my carrier and everyone else.

I like almost everything about this phone. It is fast and responsive. Apps that didn't work as well on my old phone work well on this. I am not a fan of the size and wish it was a bit smaller.

All in all a great phone. I upgraded from the S8+ to the S20+ but I miss having a 1/8 headphone jack. The other downside for me is that the volume buttons are now on the right side of the phone. So far it has been working well and the graphics are great.

This is the replacement of my old phone. It works as expect, easy to to transfer most of the apps and files from the old phone. Love the (Aura blue) color.

I am enjoying my new phone the resolution is beautiful. I am still getting used to the new way of maneuvering within it. I like the case and the sound is great. I recommend it.

Great phone, but mostly, great pictures. It might be better than iPhone Pro 12 quality. The camera is amazing in low light. What’s the point in having a DSLR? ^_^

Samsung die-hard here. Upgraded from the Galaxy S6 Edge+ (and after this long...still kicking). Hoping this one lasts as long as the last.
