I jumped many generations of galaxies going from the S7 to the S20+ and the differences are significant. This phone is better in every way.

This is my 5th Galaxy phone, and it's every bit as good as the others. Nice big display, no issues using Samsung smart switch to transfer my files and contacts over from my old device. Battery life has been excellent as well, lasting 48 hours without a problem.

Replaced an S7. This phone is very fast to start up and run. The 5G network is great. Very good phone. Phone was marked down $400. Very good price.

Changing over to a new phone is getting easier and easier. Reliability is consistent. Pictures are really good. Not a pro but so so far I'm happy with this phone.

Miles went well beyond what was required. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. And, the phone is excellent, easy to use, lightweight.

Perfect size, perfect shape, perfect upgrade. Would have rather waited for the note later this year, but I would definitely recommend and buy this phone again!

Went with this upgrade over getting the ultra edition. For the price we just didn't feel the next model did anything different than this one.

Traded in my older Samsung for the 20. Not a huge user difference. But it works very well and I now have all day battery life! Great quality

There are idiosyncrasies between the S8/9 and the S20 that make the S20 a worse phone/operating platform. My alarms don't play on the lock screen, so they don't wake anyone up; the "security" feature that if you use biometrics you must put in your password every day or after 4 hours of inactivity isn't all that improved security and makes me want to use a weaker password, per-app audio for when you unmute an app but don't want to turn on media sound again doesn't exist... lots of things like that. Hardware wise it's a good phone, a bit bigger than I wanted, but I wanted the extra radios, so that's my trade off. Camera is good, but not as intuitive for wide shots as in the past. Overall I'm not thrilled with it.

Definite upgrade over my Galaxy S9. Crystal clear screen and the camera is amazing. Loyal Galaxy user for over 10 years now. Keep up the great work.

Wifes phone and she likes it. Doesnt get some of the 21plus camera features which is dumb, but camera and speed of phone is good.

This is a great and very capable phone I got through an AT&T trade-in deal at a very reasonable price. Due to the increased size, it is a bit bulky in the pocket but I do like the larger screen when using it. It performs well and I like the camera

Love my new S20+ Samsung phone it was a upgrade from my Samsung 9+ , the new phone has a great camera and many apps that I like to use .

Had an old S7 that was hanging on by a thread, so this was quite an upgrade. Love the bigger screen, and no issues or complaints so far.

Upgraded from a broken S8. Not fantastically different but well upgraded and perfected from previous versions. Only problems that I've noticed is video recording/ the camera gets a little choppy when the object recorded is close up (maybe a focusing problem). Otherwise this model is top of the line in performance for a flagship and even has better specifications in some ways (more memory, more premium glass backing, higher res screen) then the new S21 models. Overall worth it if you can get a good deal on it.

Love! my S20G5, not much of a difference from S8 and S10, except more expensive,over 1K, I should of bought the S10 for less money.

So far, so good. I really like this phone compared to my old Samsung 8. The battery life seems to be holding up (knock on wood!)

Beautiful color. Phone looks sleek in blue. Easily transferred data from the Galaxy s4. 5g is wonderfully quick.
