    The phone is great. I love the new camera features. The night of purchasing the phone i realized there was no base unit to charge, just the cord which to note is a C-Port on both ends. I did not have a base unit thats a C-port. I went to Bestbuy the very next day to let them know it was not in the box. They made me pay for a new one because that "never happens" as if its uncommon for manufacturers of any large company to send electronics missing parts or damaged. I've never shopped anywhere where that wasn't taken care of and the customer was made to feel like it was their fault. Next time I will purchase my phone from the carrier.

    Had messages problem. Tech tried several times to correct. He could not. Had to call Samsung. Was sent to Samsung repair center. Samsung Tech was able to correct problem. Tech had to wipe the phone clean and Re-Install the Entire Software Program. A lot of the Galaxy S20 Series Phones have a Software Problem and have to remove the Entire Phone Software System and then Re-Install the Entire Software System. Was Charged Twice for Activation because Phone had to be Re-activated again. Please Beware of Samsungs Galaxy's S20's Phone Series and the Software Problems that Samsung Has Not Corrected. BEWARE!!!

    I bought it for the 5G but im very disappointed. The 5G is spotty at best. When you are in the 5G area if it is working it is great but it won't always work. If i had it to do over I would go back to the Note.

    I actually ended up returning this phone, other then the camera it's no different from my Galaxy S9. I did not like the fact Samsung has the fingerprint in the front and changed the volume and power button both to the right side of the phone.

    Phone randomly mutes and must be rebooted

    I was loving my new phone - I upgraded from an S7 edge. After a week, the phone app started muting when I make outgoing calls. I have to reboot it. It also sends calls straight to voice mail.

    I love this phone! The camera can be tricky, it focuses a lot and takes a long time to capture. Also it gets blurry the farther you zoom in to capture. It's not good for close up pictures.

    phone was sold for too much following its predecessor a week later. ive had problems and got it replaced not having many issues now

    The new camera features are great... however not impressed at all with phone speaker conversations . Multiple functions seem to run quickly.

    After a few days when a called someone they could not hear me I could hear them. I went back to same location and talked toosame rep he said talk to Geek Squad who tried a few things on phone but was the told under warranty just get a new one I told them it must be something I accidentally hit they again said just get a new one. I felt a little bad that it was almost wasting a phone. So I got a new one about a week later the new phone stated the same problem people could not hear me when I called. I didn't know what to do but I paid for phone in full no payments. I planned on taking phone back after Black Friday but someone called me and we started talking and I ask but they could hear me. Also I have a fast charger from my Samsung phone prior and I ask prior to purchasing and was informed it will work on new phone it does not. When getting the second phone I informed rep who sold me phone and told me this his response was just take off the protection cover and it should work. So I'm expected to take the cover off ever time I just the fast charger which I purchased prior I believeabout $100.00. So my experience has not been good.
