In December 2019, I upgraded from a S9+ to a Google Pixel 4XL. While I didn't hate the Pixel, it just wasn't the same. My biggest complaint was that the Pixel battery failed (wouldn't charge or would be stuck in 50%) on THREE devices. On the third occasion in a year the insurance company sent me an S10. Right away I remembered why I loved the Galaxy line. A couple days later I saw Best Buy had a sale on the S20+ and I couldn't resist. I've had the phone for a week now. The phone is quick, incredibly responsive, has a gorgeous display, and with the new Android 11 upgrade really has some amazing user friendly access features that I just love. Even better they got rid of the bixby button! In addition, a friend of mine who had been an iPhone user for life, made the changes after playing with my phone and she couldn't be happier as well. In particular, she loved the customization options and found the phone just as easy to use as an iPhone for half the price of an iPhone 11/12. Couldn't be happier with this device

Just got this phone last Friday. Loving it! Had a S7 before this. The S20+ is a great upgrade. Works very similar to the S7, some different features though, but very easy to learn! The screen size is impressive and the display is incredible!

I've been a Samsung fan since the i900. Then the Galaxy series came out and I've been hooked ever since!! This S20+ 5G is very easy to handle even for regular-sized hands. It's pretty light and very responsive. The display is crisp, even when using 60Hz resolution. Transition is quick and snappy. The 30x zoom camera is awesome!!!! Much more detailed than other digital zooms. There's so much I can do on this phone but haven't had the time to explore as I've barely scratched the surface of what it can do!!! There's lots of reviews on the Ultra and S20 but not so much yet for this model. However, if you do get to read one, it will tell you the same I'm telling you now. It's the best of both worlds between the Ultra and S20!!!! With that said, the only thing I'd like to see in this phone is for the S Pen to be compatible with it... that's it! This would be a mobile powerhouse if the S Pen would work on it. Maybe a short thin design would go well with it and the color to match. C'mon Samsung, you need to make the S Pen compatible across all platforms. I'll bet you'd make a killing!!

This phone is awesome. My wife upgraded from a Galaxy note8. This phone is so much faster and the screen is awesome to look at. We watch a lot of movies or TV on our phones and the picture is superb. Can do all that a Galaxy Note 8 can do and then some.

The S20+ has a longer battery life, is fun to use and takes great pictures. It has a great zoom feature that makes picture taking a lot more fun and I can get the pictures I want.

This phone does it all. The sound is great when streaming music or videos. The 5G is a game changer and is so fast I don't even connect it to my wifi anymore. I'm not a photographer but I've never been able to take this quakity of photos before.

Great display. 120 Hertz screen is buttery smooth. Opted for the plus model instead of the Ultra. Ultra was too large and not worth the extra $200. Only con was the retail price. $1200 is too expensive. Luckily new lines were $1k off at Sprint.

Great phone, upgraded from Galaxy S7 so noticeable difference in speed of phone and ability to run multiple apps. Battery life is excellent and with rapid charging, can charge phone to 100% in less than 30 minutes.

I love the camera in this new phone. I takes great pictures. It has so many great features and I am still trying to learn them all. It's battery life so far is phenomenal. My last phone was the Galaxy 8+.

The Samsung Galaxy S20+5G is a very fast and powerful device. The camera views for picture taking is outstanding. The 4-8K movie quality is also a bonus. This devices has some very awesome features that I've yet to explore.

Very nice look with Aqua Blue version. I do not use cases because I like the feel of a 'naked' phone and have not dropped the last 2 phones. Good upgrade from my S10+ as far as features, quicker charging and overall appearance.

I absolutely love my S20+! The camera is so clear and the screen allows for the best viewing of videos and games. With 128gb, I have so much space! The exclusive best buy blue (Aura blue in this case) is so beautiful. I love everything about this phone.

One of Samsungs best phones. The screen is amazing. It is so sharp and clear that it feels like I'm watching movies on my 4K tv at home. The phone runs fast and games run smoothly on it.

every year I go to BestBuy to buy my phone they're always professional they're great they always work with me and they even helped make me appointment and they always take my time into the consideration of their day so I highly recommend Best buy to anyone lurking to purchase this as 20 + that's 20 plus is an outstanding phone I can see myself not having to upgrade for many years to come being a 5G ready

A beautiful phone. Wait, am I actually saying that about a phone? When I was a kid, phones were not a thing of beauty. Ok, I am dating myself but Samsung keeps improving quality. To make a call, take a pic, surf the web, anything you need, and all with a gorgeous display and so much personalization choices. C’mon Apple, you need to step it up! Price is getting outrageous on most of these devices so I won’t complain to just Samsung, But for what it’s worth, it’s a nice bit of technology in the palm of my hand!

Best Buy finally put this on sale as deal of the day. What a deal! Camera's on phone are super. Phone is lightning fast. Great phone, but wait for it to go on sale.

Just when you think Samsung has surpassed our expectations, they tend to take things just a bit higher! All the phone you could ever need. Who could have imagined they could have improved the camera?!? The 128GB internal memory is more than enough for me. Just when I would say that I would not require another phone you up your game another level. Great Job Samsung.
