I have enjoyed this phone. It has lived up to the expectations I had for it so far. It may well be worth the price that I paid for it. Being brand new it will take more time to fully appreciate its value. At this point, the only problem that I have had is with the price.

I've had almost all of the Samsung Galaxy phones since the Epic and this one continues to not disappoint. I thought the hole punch display would bother me more than it does, but it isn't that noticeable once you start using it daily, most full screen apps just add a black bar anyway. Battery life so far is great even with video chat usage.

If you never owned a flagship phone, this will blow your mind. Went from a s8 to this s20+ and it has enough new features that I'm very happy. The fast charge is super nice, although I wish the charge cable was longer. Others have talked details way better than I could so I won't try. But its a great phone. Yes its expensive but worth it for the features included!

This phone transferred the data from my last phone so fast. The processing speed of the 5G is such a step up from 4G, and the camera is a major improvement. It definitely delivers as advertised and I love the blue, so pretty;

the phone is great. Takes great pictures. My only complaint is not hav6the buttons to go back wit and to close all operations. It's a little frustrating but I'm sure I'll get used to it

A phones a phone is a phone. Not always. This phone has a great camera and a spectacular screen resolution and adjustable frame rate. I have had many galaxy products and this one has the best biometric security features. I also enjoy the customizable feature vs. an iPhone.

I upgraded from the S9 and this is a great version of the Galaxy. The new features are excellent and transferring from one phone to the next was easier than I thought it would be. (I usually swap at Best Buy and have an associate do the setup for me) So far so good.

Great overall size. The camera is the best love the phone.

The creativity in phones has disappeared when It comes to look and design. The only thing that continues to get better are cameras and processing speed... just don't know if a phone upgrade will be necessary in the future at this pace.

Awesome Phone, but camera is just "meh". But a great upgrade from my S9. I love the screen but the punch hole for the front cam is so distracting when watching or just overall use. I do want to thank the bestbuy dude that helped me on my upgrade. smooth, fast and informative.

I balked at the price tag when I purchased this phone, but don't let that scare you! This is by far, the BEST phone I have ever owned. Well worth it's price. Learning it is a bit tricky (especially if you don't read the user manual, which of course, I didn't) Once you get the hang of it though, it's so much of a smoother OS and user interface than any other phone I have previously owned.

Traded in 2 S10+ on 2 S20+, got a great deal from Best Buy. After trade in price basically got 2 S20+ for the price of 1. Great camera clarity, 5G compatible, better than my S10+. Has everything I need in a Phone

I have owned numerous Samsung galaxy phones. This is one of the best. I like the size, the 128 gb of storage and 5g functionality. The camera is absolutely the best. The camera zoom is powerful and easily focused.
