I have been in the market for a new phone and since it was my birthday i decided to go with this one after its new release and havent been disappointed yet the picrure quality and speed is great.

I had to get one of these after getting one for my dad, it's fantastic and I love it. It's super fast and well built, I finally got to experience 5G and it has way better speed than anything I used before.

I purchased this for my wife to replace her oh so slow S7. Wow I wish I had upgraded my S9. This phone is lightening fast and the battery seems to last for ever. She loves it. Thank you Samsung and Best Buy.

Really like it. Camera is fantastic. Battery life is great. Only bad thing is there is no easy way to do a snapshot. The other phones would have one button and snapshot would be easy. On this phone there isn't a button or tap for it. Hope they maybe fix that as an update. Otherwise it's a great phone.

The S20+ is a fantastic phone. It has so many features, it took a while to get used to everything. The camera is completely insane! Definitely a fantastic upgrade!

Plenty fast for everything I need, large great screen, all the bells and whistles I would want. Fast charging is solid, and the Best buy custom blue color is lovely

Very easy to transition from the 10 to 20+, size wise it is only a little bit bigger but nothing crazy. There are 6 different cameras on the back with excellent pictures. I upgraded simply because I could.

My First S series phone as I have always been with the Note family. Upgraded from my Note8 to S20+. Battery life is good, phone is faster in response time and so far I like it. I was to buy the Note20 but after comparing the specs went with S20+ specifically based on its battery life and reviews. Have not tested the phone on 5G yet and cant say how fast its going to drain the battery. So far all good except I have 2 issues with the phone: 1) I cannot find a phone case which would protect it from sides of the phone as every case I have tried including best brand names the screen on left and right side does bump up a little so if it falls it may get cracked from the sides as there is no protection of a phone case or cover. I tried over 5 different brands and none of them are able to protect the sides. 2) The phone heats up a lot with multi tasking specially when Nav is on while other apps and email are running in the back ground. I have not seen my Note heat up like this. That is the only reason why I gave it a 4 start vs 5 star for my review.

Super fast phone with a great camera. I really like that it connect to multiple Bluetooth devices without any lag time. Face recognition makes it easy to unlock.

Loving it so far! The camera quality is great, and it's easy to use. My only complaint is the lack of an auxiliary input, but that will be adapted to eventually.

If you have to have an Android ..You can't go wrong with Samsung this phone takes excellent pictures, good battery life ..Its a powerhouse with lots of ram...This has better specs than alot of laptops

The gray Samsung S20+ is an awesome phone. Love the look of it. It charges extremely fast and keeps the charge for a long time. This was a replacement for an S9+. More features and awesome camera.

screen is great, cameras are great, virtual buttons??? they are nice that they disappear out of the way when watching a video, but when trying to activate the phone for the first time of the day... they stink. biometric settings reset (have to use pin) after 4 hours of non-use. Biometrics should be more secure than a pin yet "for security" you keep having to open the phone with a PIN. Supposed to be able to tap screen twice to activate, have had several time have to tap 8-10 times.

First thing I noticed about this phone were the graphics the vibrant setting of the screen really makes it pop. Second thin was the speed, apps seem to run just a little faster. One negative, you have to buy a 5g phone to get 5g service but it's still so rare, I haven't seen 5g on my phone yet.

Love Samsung phones and my old one was really feeling its age. This one is extremely fast, long-lasting battery, takes awesome photos, great sound and picture quality. So happy I upgraded!

Takes stunning photos for such a small lens but don't try anything long distance and expect the quality of a decent point and shoot camera. The phone is easy to use and dependable.

Love this phone. Light weight, very slim and very fast ! Awesome clarity and the pictures are the best yet. I've owned Samsung phones for years and this one did not let me down at all !

Great phone! Was worried about getting a larger phone. But I really do love the larger size. With the larger phone you do get a larger battery. And the battery does last all day.

Love the phone! Went from a Galaxy S7 to the S20+ and everything transferred over effortlessly. The phone is easy to use and the camera takes fantastic photos. Samsung did it again.
