Very satisfied with Samsung's latest phone. So far battery life is awesome, camera is the best I'v ever had

Love my new Galaxy S20 Plus! I was having issues with my my Galaxy S8, and this phone does everything I need it to do and more. I love that I can change the motion smoothness to make reaction time and scrolling even faster. My phone is incredibly responsive! The camera is wonderful, built in apps are less bloated than my previous phone. Overall a great device!

I had a Galaxy S9 and was looking to upgrade. This phone has a fast processor and takes amazing photos.

I asked a clerk at a Walmart store about deals on the Samsung S20+. That clerk told me that Best Buy had the best deal on the S20+. I found this to be true, and the Best Buy employees who helped me were very knowledgeable about the Samsung product and the best Verizon terms to use. The S20+ is an excellent phone - if I use it for a hotspot, it tested at 40 Mbps+. The voice quality is great and the battery life seems to be very good.

Phone is everything we expected. Love the camera and screen. Would recommend these phones to anyone.

Replaced my S8 that was almost 5 years old. Fast response, nice camera, call quality crystal clear.

Some tech writers posted reviews of this phone (android authority, c-net, etc), calling it a "beast" or "monster". Yeah, no kidding. I listen to music, stream video, open a billion tabs and apps and nothing phases this thing. On the rare occasions I've bothered to clean it (just junk/caches/etc.), I have cleared out over 2GB each time- and it has only been because I've thought to do so- not because the phone slowed down or anything. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the hideous ordeal of making a Best Buy purchase (ALL transactions with their store or website have been wretched)

I bought the S20+ as an upgrade from the S8+ model. It has Android and all the standard functionality of Samsung phones plus a couple of new features, like fingerprint unlock on the front screen and 5G connectivity. The finger unlock is a tiny bit clunky and the 5G is an aspirational technology even in the metro NYC area, but at least I'll be ready for 2022. Otherwise, it's a beautiful fast phone with better battery life.

This is a durable phone that has not any issues since purchase. Set-up was a breeze. There have been no issues maintaing the phone. I added a screen protector and leather case. With those additions the phone still looks new. Battery life is incredible. It charges quickly.

It does take some getting used to if you have or had one in the past. Great screen, wide and takes awesome pictures. It is just getting used to no buttons on the side.

I've been using this phone for nearly two weeks and I really like it. I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy S8, and the only thing I miss is the notification light in the top left corner. The S20+ doesn't have this so you have to pick the phone up and look to see if you have a notification (text message, missed call, etc.).

I am enjoying the speed of phone. I am also enjoying the battery lasting much longer.

Upgraded from an s8+., the screen is like half an inch bigger and the phone is the same size. Amazing! Fingerprint reader is a bit flaky, otherwise a great phone!
