The Samsung Galaxy S20+ is a very good phone. All of the different functions of the phone are represented by easy-to-identify icons, such as that for making calls and viewing voicemail. The only downside in my opinion is that it did not come with a manual.

My Christmas present to my 30-something daughter. She loves it and I am a great Mom for getting such a great phone. A win-win! Like all people she needs it for work and all other aspects of phone-life. Great camera, great sound quality when on phone or video chat.

I am SO impressed on the camera on this phone! The selfie camera when used with live focus takes professional photos that blurrs the background. The customized moving lock screen is another awesome feature. My battery life barely lasts the full day though.

After getting past the learning curve of dealing with different software, I finally like it. I was almost ready to return, because there were soooo many notifications; lots more than on S8. Took it back, and Geek Squad figured out it was Notification Reminder setting that was causing "all the noise". I cut reminder OFF. Peace now reigns! I guess when Samsung did away with blue light notification, they added this feature? I'm not a fan of Notification or Reminder. Also, don't like fact the keyboard so easily switches language. Google how to change that, so am now happy with 1 input language, not multiple language. I believe I've survived this learning curve.

Very easy to use, still learning some of the shortcuts of use as well as camera functions. Not thrilled with the size of the phone but adjusting. Also, my previous Samsung had a function that would tell me if I had 2 calls pending, or 3 new emails, etc. This one does not so I have to search.

We traded our S9s for the S20+ 5g The S9s worked great for many years with no problems but it was time to upgrade. The S20+ is slightly larger. All buttons on right side. Best Buy/Verizon had these phones at 500 off each just before Xmas. If they last like the S9s we will be happy.

The camera is a significant upgrade from my previous two-year-old Samsung note phone. Decided I really wasn't using the stylus with the note series, which I had stuck with through may iterations of the phone. this was a good buy. I particularly appreciate the wide-angle camera.

so far so good, my phones usually last 2 years before there holding on for deer life. last one did great minus accidently dropping it without my protecting case. -= the forced updates are in my opinion Bs. should have a option to Opt out.

I have not been a fan of Samsung in the past but decided to give this one a try with my upgrade. I am getting used to all the features. Photos are a good quality. I love the darker blue color that I purchased through Best Buy.

Good phone but not an upgrade from the Note 9

So I had high hopes for this phone. I currently use a Note 9 with Verizon. I purchased this to prepare for 5G in Austin. With the exception of 5G this didn't feel like an upgrade to me. Yes it's 120hz but unless your gaming constantly its not that noticeable for normal users. Honestly I feel like my note 9 feels snappier then the S20+. My apps ran wayyy smoother. Maybe I just got a bad version of the phone? It was also difficult to get used to the fingerprint sensor being on the screen now compared to the sensor near the camera on the note 9. I know this is not just a S20 upgrade its supposed to be the new thing but I didn't care for this new style. I'm also not a fan of the power button and the volume buttons on the right side of the phone. I can't tell you how many times I accidentally pressed power instead of volume down. Ultimately the phone felt like a downgrade for me. I hope the devs don't see this and try and dial back the specs of the Note 9 now lol. I ended up returning this on day 13. I really tried to like it. Still a Samsung fan just would not recommend this as an upgrade from a Note 9. If this is your first upgrade in 2-3 years it may be an option.

Love the phone. Great color, screen size, and capabilities. Down side is, I keep getting text messages that are scams and it started after I purchased the phone. Also, getting use to all the buttons on the same side. Not sure why Samsung designed the S 20 + this way. :)

I haven't bought a new phone in a very long time. My daughter got the S10 and I love the quality of the pictures it takes and this one is suppose to be comparable, so far I think it is, I have been stuck at home to really check it out. But so far I really like this phone

Does everything I need to to and more. Can get two days on the battery without having to turn on the battery saver mode during the week. I can usually make it through one day of heavy usage of downloading/browsing/streaming.
