Not a bad phone. I was still using my galaxy note 8. A great phone to this day. But it was showing its age. After suffering multiple drops onto the cobble stone streets of europe, yes im clumsy, the cost of fixing thr screen cost more rhan the phone was worth. Samsungs s10 line was mediocre at best, and the s20 line is an extension of that. The 'regular' s20 is an absolute waste of money due to its lack of storage expansion, inferior processor, and just all around recycled parts from the last 5 generations of galaxy devices. The note series, which was always my favorite, has unfortunately fallen into the same fate with the regular model being an expensive dumbed down phone, and the 'nice' one being ridiculously overpriced. The s20* is not worth $1000. I wouldn't even say its worth $800. Its an ok phone. Samsung has stopped innovating and has started over pricing recylced products. Now your probably asking me 'why not get another phone mr grumpy?' Verizon doesnt give you many choices. There are amazing phones coming out by xiami, sony, blu, and even nokia and huawei which verizon will not let you use on their network. Also, verizons 5g service is an absolute joke.

After having a few different Galaxy phones I had gone to having a Pixel for the last 2 years. Now that I bought another Samsung i dont know how I did it with out one. This phone is awesome and battery life is better than advertised.

So glad I upgraded to this phone. My Galaxy s7 was on it's last leg so it was time. The camera on this phone is the best I've ever seen, even better than most regular cameras. This phone I perfect for what I need and more.

This phone is larger than I am used to. All the buttons are on the right side. It comes with earbuds that use the charging port which I find interesting. The battery life seems to be longer than my last phone. I love this phone.

Upgraded from the s8. Better in every regard except lack of iris detection and I liked the physical fingerprint reader better, it was more accurate. Got it half off, so I'm happy I waited rather than buying when it was released!

Samsung knows what they are doing. The phone is still working great with timely updates. It is very big, but you get used to it. It stopped charged, but blew out the charging port and works fine.

I jumped from Samsung Galaxy 5s to this model. The camera is fantastic! I am able to use this phone with 4G areas just fine. I am still learning some of the enhancements to the phone but am very happy with it at this point.

This phone is awesome. I usually don't go for the Samsung phone but I thought i would give it a shot. And I'm amazed. This phone does everything great. Camera, video ect.

So far so good, performance has been flawless. It was an upgrade in screen size from an S9, and it is drastically larger! Not a pocket phone any more, but it’s size is not a hindrance. Extremely satisfied so far!

It has been a bit of a learning curve for me, however I love the camera and speaker on this phone, as well as the other attributes it offers. So glad I purchased it, although it is a little pricey, but well worth the cost.

great phones and alot better than s8. Also, if you are getting two phones. Make sure to do two separate borders or you bill not receive 50 dollar gift card for each phone. I Placed an order for two phones and only got one card.

the new Samsung s20 series in my opinion feels like a well made professional cell phone. If you want something other than an iPhone. Its a great phone with superb features.

What a great departure from my usual phone style. The S20+ 5G is the first non-Samsung Note phone I have had in many years. at first, I thought it would be a challenge to learn to not have the stylist but this phone moves so smoothly and has so many neat advancements over my Note9 that I hardly have time to notice. the screen resolution is beautiful and crisp, the response is wonderful and all in all, a great upgrade choice for this Note User

I have had iPhones since 2013 and this is the phone that I left apple for! I love all of the different ways to customize the settings, the display is beautiful and the camera competes with my DSLR camera! Very impressed!

Buying this phone online was a great experience. They brought it to the car, no contacts, no hassle. The phone itself is also a well designed and great tool. The camera, the touch, the Edge application, ... all great.

First samsung but I've always had androids. Very efficient and easy to use. Still learning about the phone. But pretty happy with my decision. Love the battery life so far hopefully it stays that way.

I'm giving it 4 stars, not necessarily that it doesn't deserve 5. For me personally it's just too long. And i didn't realize Galaxy had omitted the headphone port, so I have to now buy an adapter. Also it seems that the camera quality isn't as good as my Galaxy 7, which was worse than my Galaxy 4.

Great Phone we bought 2 of them. Didn't like how much the price fluctuates....Wait till it hits $500 off and purchase then or else the price may change the next day! Best option without going to ultra.

I really am happy I bought this phone. It really isn't THAT much bigger than the other 20. The best part is the micro SD slot to add more memory to the phone. So far I can't complain about the phone at all
