The Samsung Galaxy series keeps getting better every year. The display is outstanding, and the camera and video capabilities are the best I've seen out there. I definitely recommend it over an iPhone.

I wanted to upgrade my Samsung - Galaxy S8+ with a S10+, after talking with the great mobile department and seeing what the deal (at the time) was offered. Overall, it was cheaper for me to go with the S20+. Love the S20+, it is fast. I tend to lean towards the bigger devices. I have no complaints

This phone is really really nice. Does just about anything you need it to. Got it on sale for a reasonable price. I don't think I'd pay full price for it. Just wait until it goes on sale. I recommend.

Upgraded from a Galaxy S7 to the S20+. It was an easy transition. There wasn't much to learn with the change. Love the extra memory and longer battery life.

I am very happy with my purchase! The screen is large and the features are great! So happy that I went with this model because I was able to add a large capacity SD micro card to expand the memory.

Very easy to use for anyone, regardless if they have used a Samsung phone before or not. I like how it is easy to personalize almost every aspect of the phone to make it "fitting" for the person using it.

Had an S7Edge that was getting slower and slower and the battery wouldn't stay charged. The S20+ was a great step up. I do miss not having a message notification light but I can live without it.

I bought this phone for my Granddaughter for Christmas. This is her second phone . The old one was a hand me down. She loves everything about the phone. Easy to use program.

The phone is beautiful, definitely takes getting used to. I received an incorrect SIM card so I'm running on my old 4g until Verizon sends me a correct one. I would recommend the phone even at 4g.

got this phone for my wife as a replacement for her S10+. Easiest switch she's ever made. All her data loaded quickly. She loves the clear, crisp images on the screen & the camera is amazing!

Coming from an iPhone user, the Samsung Galaxy S20+ is an excellent phone. It’s features and specs are ridiculous! I was gonna wait for the next iPhone 12 but Apple is always the same. Android brings to a whole new world, not just the customization and 5g, there’s tons more than that. It’s camera features gives stunning detailed photos and high speed smoothness. The S20+ in Cloud Blue is a beautiful design and has a great feel to it. As a first time user to android, I’m glad I’ve made the switch. Something different that’s also well worth it.

For the price I paid for what I got could not be more happy. Wonderful phone. Coming back to Samsung after having a pixel 3. Long story short excellent overall phone in every way. The only thing that is not Excellent on mine Is the voice to Text function which I use often. It does not work all the time, and when it does it is slow and not very accurate. I'm getting more used to that now ,so not quite as bad. Heard so so reports on finger print sign in . However, mine works great. Have only had one week. Probably need more time using but that is my two cents worth. PS...got on sale for $500 dollars off which makes it an easy 5 stars. Thank you

Love this phone. Camera is awesome. I love music and use bluetooth to play music through bluetooth speakers and dont have to adjust the volume as much as i did with other phone.

This phone has ALL the bells and whistles! I upgraded from the S8plus. The camera is phenomenal and even does panoramic pics. there is plenty of memory and 5g. Could not be happier

Great phone, picture clarity is amazing, nice bright display, it looks like Samsung fixed the flitchiness in their fingerprint and facial recognition from prior galaxy models.

I love my new phone. I'm still trying to figure out all the new features. It's thinner than my galaxy s7, so it slides in my pocket real nice. Screen size is great too!

After using this phone for a month, I have can say it was a fairly easy learning curve to adapt to this phone. I am still learning about the added features, but I am happy with it.

I love this phone! It was easy to transfer data and start using it immediately. So user friendly! My old phone was a Samsung Galaxy S8plus. Great upgrade! Couldn't be happier!!

Since I use my phone for work, it is nice to be able to have the larger screen to make life easier. Still learning all the ins and outs, but pleased with the phone quality, and apps.
