Only issue I had was the Samsung salesperson who was there in the store to "help" us... she was completely useless. Distracted like she had somewhere else to be; asked if they had a color, and she would check something, say yes they did, then when we decided on a color, she'd check again and realize she was looking in the wrong place! That happened THREE times!!! Really? We were just about ready to walk out when a Best Buy employee helped us...
