Huge upgrade from s10+ but terrible delivery

Ever since I got my s10+ I had felt a little underwhelmed. This s20+ meeting every expectation. My only issue was the store I got the phone at 1047. Forgot to put in that I wanted to trade in so I had to sit there for close to 3 hours while they figured it out. Never once did a manager apologize for the inconvenience.
