Easy to use

I also needed assistance for selecting the right phone for working at home. The sales persons said they were not permitted to give advice. Love the phone but it has problems because of incorrect setup. It is not what I needed.

I visited the Best Buy in Lady Lake, Florida. Matt was the Best Buy employee I dealt with when upgrading my cell phone to the Samsung S20+ 5G. Matt was absolutely AMAZING, Still learning how to use this Amazing Product.
