Can they make them smaller. Love my new phone but I hate that I had to go bigger due to better hardware and features. My hand hurts after a while if I do not hold with both. Also, I wasn't aware this phone comes with a screen protector and it had a tiny speck, thought it was the glass until the best buy guy removed the mfg protector. Could have saved the trip and hassle of buying a new one that doesn't even fit so well had I known.

It's pretty much as expected. Although I do find that the networm signal isn't as good. Great camera.

Bought this as an upgrade for my wife’s Galaxy S9. Verizon was out of stock and couldn’t tell me when they were being shipped so Best Buy to the rescue. Also got a much better deal on the monthly payment than through Verizon. She loves the device and how fast it is compared to her last one.

Width is good, but it's too long. My S8 fit in my cargo pants side pocket. This one doesn't and I just don't really like the extra length. Also can't get the icons in the top to downsize. They are too big. Miss my S8 and should have thought more before buying this one. Functionally it works fine. Don't know why any phone manufacturer makes colors or fancy designs. Everyone covers them up with cases so the fragile things won't break.

Phone works better than the Motorola Z3 play that I was using.. I can make a call in my house without it dropping as I'm on the fringe of Verizon service.. The only thing I don't like is the button on the side that turns the phone on will not turn it off..I have to go to a power button on the screen to shut the phone down.. If you hold the button down on the side bixby comes up which I don't use at all..

I has some bubbles. Scratched the surface while trying to remove them. Scratchs and bubbles deseapered within a few days, I was not expecting that. Feel when using taping or swapping is actually better than direct without. I forget that there is a film on the screen. Sensitivity doesn't get affected.

Easy to use, would like to see a light letting me know i have a message if the phone is on silent

Very fast but takes a little more effort to navigate through the functions than my old cell.

I had the Samsung S8+ and the S20+ is not much of an upgrade. Everything seems to be about the same. I'm sure that the memory and speed might be better, and the camera might have higher resolution, but I can't tell. I have had trouble with the voice to text, but I hope that this will get better when it gets to recognize my voice better. Best Buy had an incredible deal, almost 1/2 off after Verizon rebate.

No headphone jack, call me old school but I like hooking phone up to old stereo in garage or even just wearing my corded beats can't do that with this phone. I was told I should of got an adapter in the box but didn't receive anything like that. It's an OK phone upgraded from a s9 and I myself see no difference.

Love the phone. Camera is nice. Battery life is not as good as it should be.

I love the features although I am still learning them. Wish it had a printed manual.

I LOVE MY NEW PHONE. This phone is INCREDIBLE. So much u can do with this phone (Watch youtube for how to). Also playing with the settings are very user friendly. Change the settings and it make it feel like this was designed to be yours. ENJOY yur new S20+

I have purchased numerous cell phones from Best Buy over the years. They have the best cell phone people. They answer all your questions and NEVER rush you. They're great.

This is a great phone but my review is more geared toward Best Buy. My cell phone provider really dropped the ball on my activation. The Best Buy associate went out of their way to help us sort it out. I will only buy my cell phone through Best Buy

This was a nice upgrade and good deal. Phone is very responsive and works great!

Been using this phone as my daily driver for just over a week. Battery life could be better but overall, it has been the best Android phone I've used. I am a big pixel fan, but I'll take the slightly inferior camera on this considering all the other aspects of it are great.
