This phone was my birthday gift from my husband! I have the light blue and it's like a beautiful nail polish color... I even have a cool clear case to show off the color!

This phone is awesome! The screen colors are incredible, the fluidity is wonderful and i see a big difference from my Note 10+ 5G. On top of that it takes wonderful pictures. Purchased during a best buy sale and traded in my phone so helped with the price a lot!

Good but not the best. Do like the camer. But feels the same as my 9+

I have had my Samsung for a year and now i wish i got an apple iphone. Dont get me wrong Samsung makes good products but after a year my volume and sound works when it wants and constantly having to update apps and devices

The staff at Best Buy in Columbus, Indiana are exceptional! I have purchased cell phones at other locations previously but will only go to Best Buy in Columbus, Indiana from now on. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and so helpful.

I came to Best Buy for my Verizon purchase because this is where I found the phone I wanted. I purchased the phone outright so I own it. I did so my monthly bill would still fit my budget. Everything went great until I got my next bill which had increased $140.00 more a month. The Verizon Rep did something wrong. Not happy with the purchase at all. The phone is great though.

I've had this phone for a year now and it hasn't missed a beat. A bit tough to hold but it works well and a case can easily give more grip. I have had to recalibrate the finger print scanner once but other than that, I love it.

Have not figured out the camera yet and that is what i bought it for.

Very nice phone easy to learn to use and the pictures are very clear

loved it ... expensive to fix but that makes sense. Big plus column item is the facial recognition. downside is betting apps not allowing Google to stay logged in (not Samsung's fault.. but still)

Pick the phone up about one week ago and so far it is working good.

So far the phone appears to work very well but not that much better that the S8 Plus that replaced it. It is over priced at the list price. I am getting tired of replacing very expensive Samsung phones after two or three years because the OS is not updated or supported anymore. Will probably go to an iPhone when this one becomes obsolete in a couple of years.

No complaints. It has been a good phone for almost 2 years now. It was hard to find repair for the screen back in 2020 but presumably wouldnt be anymore. If it's a great deal. Get it!

The gentleman that helped me was absolutely fantastic. He swapped everything from my old phone to my new. He was so friendly and helpful. I will never shop for a phone anywhere but Bedt Buy.

I was worried about getting a new phone during the pandemic, but when my old phone died I had no choice. Transferring contacts was actually quite easy but the biggest benefit was that the phone operating system is lightning fast association point

I don't have 5G otherwise no issues. Great quality pics, easy to use.

so far, really liking the amazing screen resolution and camera!

I like everything about phone except price which is on high side.

The only thing that will take getting used to is the new location of the power button. I keep turning the screen off when I'm trying to adjust the volume. That's my issue though since I'm an old dog trying to learn a new trick!
