Recent iPhone to Samsung switcher. Excellent build, screen, and camera quality. Outperforms the Apple 11 Pro in aspects. Android OS has a come a long way with regard to stability. I wish Google would figure out an iMessage service that works cross platform. Very happy with this purchase.

Been using Samsung Galaxies for many years. They beat the snot outta iPhones on a daily basis. I know because my personal phone is a galaxy, work phone is iPhone. iPhones are good if you just need to do a lil texting or maybe send an email. Actual work and play, galaxy is light years ahead

In many ways, it's set up just like my S9, but the camera is SUBSTANTIALLY better. The multiple zoom options make it so much easier to take good photos without sacrificing photo quality. Overall, I'm happy with my choice!

Though the changes between the S10 and S20 are minor they are positive. I have not been disappointed in the Samsung product line after switching from Apple. It's so nice to have option choices rather than being told what you want like Apple's model. Now when will 5G really be available?

My daughter was ready for a replacement, and -- as usual -- she wanted the latest-and-greatest Samsung phone that was available! There was a nice promo ($300 off the price of the phone), and she received the phone quickly (2 days later). She's very happy with the phone!

camera is awesome! Color of phone is beautiful. Phone seems to be a little slow, even brand new.

Love my new Galaxy S20! Even if my provider doesn't have 5G in my area, It is so fast that think I am using latest computer. There was lots of 'setup' to complete like apps I wanted, but could find directions on what to do by searching internet.

This was made for the new and improved camera. Which is great. I don't understand why they had to go away from a USB...if I wanted to constantly have to spend more money on accessories I would buy an apple. Be for the people! Only other complaint is the buttons always switch sides. Have to constantly remember where I need to go. Overall same phone as previous, but I have to say...CAMERA IS EXCELLENT. #Don'tbelikeapple

I love this phone! I had the Galaxy S9 and I just felt it was time for an upgrade. This was the perfect progression. Its sleek, super easy to use, fast and the camera is bananas!

Phone has a large display, really good camera and features. Screen protector already has a few nicks in it which is not good, but bought replacement ones when needed. Phones seem to collect so much info these days quite unnerving...

I usually dread starting up a new cell phone. This one was pretty easy, fairly intuitive. It's really fast. Screen is excellent. Overall I'm completely satisfied.

Just got this phone yesterday. It's fast and the screen is very clear. I have it set at high performance mode. Screen resolution is at the highest and at its peak performance. Battery performance is great. Better than the S10.

I had a pixel 2 xl before this and this phone has a bigger screen with a smaller form factor. I love the size and functionality! A tad pricey but you use your phone for hours each day so it is a good buy.

I love this phone. It is very similar to all the other Galaxy phones. The camera is outstanding, I can't even imagine what the Ultra camera is like. My one complaint is that they go rid of the headphone jack. I didn't realize that. I like to listen to music while my phone charges when I'm at work, but I can no longer do that.

I absolutely love my new phone. It takes great photos and is so clear. Also, dealing with Best Buy was so very much easier than dealing with AT&T!! Much appreciated the service also!!

This phone is outstanding! All the bells and whistles for a fraction of the price of the gangsta plus model! You wont be disappointed! There is just so much to learn you pick up a new thing every single day and this is the low end version of the s20 people! It's beautiful! hi tech!

I'm coming from the s10 plus there's not much difference as far as screen to body just the front camera is located in the center compared to the upper right on the s10 plus. The battery seems to last longer on the s20 over the s10 plus.

I still recommend this phone other then s21. Best thing is still gets latest UI and last Galaxy phone to have stored memory.
