You can tell from the reviews that folks that have used Samsung phones for a while are used to having the slot where you can add extra memory. Get Google Drive or Dropbox folks. 128gb is more than I'll ever use. This is an easy to use phone with an awesome camera. I wouldn't have minded if they'd have left the 3.5mm headphone jack because my car is old and that's how I connect audio, but not a deal breaker. The only reason I bought this over a cheap Samsung is that I have small kids and I want good pictures. Great screen also. I feel that the phones are overpriced now, but that's pretty much across the board with all brands. I had my last Galaxy for 4 years and only upgraded after forgetting it was in my pocket while swimming. Nice upgrade, recommend it.

Good phone, happy with the purchase. No problems with it, fast delivery. Just note this Verizon version has no SD slot and is 8gb RAM instead of 12gb.

Very happy with this phone. I've had iPhones and Google Pixels in recent years, but keep coming back to the Galaxys. Build quality feels great, phone runs super smooth, and there's less annoying bloatware / bad features than my previous phones. Battery life is solid, and it's sturdy despite being manhandled.

A Limited device without MicroSD Support

The Verizon specific version of the S20 (s20 5G UW) is not the same as regular s20. It has no tray for a MicroSD card (despite the BestBuy website specs saying it does) and its memory is reduced from the regular 12gb to 8gb. Dont make my mistake and then be dissapointed. This is NOT the same as the standard s20. Also, coming from the S9, I found the finger print reader to be difficult to hit reliably. Probably just a learning curve.

Great phone. Easy to use. The camera is awesome with many features. I upgraded from an S8 and although the phone is the same size and basically the same, it does have 5G network. The battery holds a charge for over 2 days for me. I like the gray color and I paired it with a sparkly clear case.

I had an S9, went to the 11 pro and came back to android with the S20. I would say 4.5 stars but you cannot do the half. The camera takes good quality shots in lots if different lighting conditions, it can run multiple apps without issues, and the screen resolution is definitely adequate for my needs. The battery is usually adequate, however I have run low on days of not much use and have no idea why and sitting at night drops it from 100% to 90-92%. The 11 pro only dropped 2% usually. Having the power and volume buttons on the samw side can make it difficult to screen shot. Not sure why the move there. It's annoying for sure. Happy with my switch and I would do it again.

I had a Moto Z that I liked but the battery was pretty much gone after 2 1/2 years. I went to Consumer Reports and checked out the Motorola and the Samsung S20. The Samsung was at the top of the list and Motorola in the middle because of durability. So I chose the Samsung. The battery seems to be great so far. The usability factor is not as good as the Moto Z was. I've changed out the calendar and the alarm clock app so far for the google versions. I don't really care for how you have to access your voicemails either. My wife had her Samsung S7 for over 4 years, so I am looking forward to not buying another phone for at least that same amount of time.

This phone easily fits into a wallet and has all of the features of a larger phone. It downloads apps quickly, has good sound quality, and a good camera. The only downside is that it is sometimes challenging to get the screen to turn on.

It's a great phone! It's lightweight, fast, 5G accessible and a powerhouse of a device. I did not find much difference between the S10 and the S20 besides the speed..in hindsight I wish I had upgraded to the Plus or Ultra versions.

Have had my phone a couple weeks now and it is a nice upgrade from my S8. It is responsive, has a good battery life and overall I am enjoying using it. I hope it holds up well but am thankful for the black Friday deal. This purchase with Best Buy was so much better than with Verizon. We upgraded 2 phones and working with Verizon has been a nightmare. The sale and delivery with Best Buy was great and no issues starting up and transferring my info to my new phone.

Can't go wrong with one of their flagship phones. Ridiculously clean screen, very high resolution, fast, efficient, absolutely zero complaints. I have been with Samsung since the S7 and have never gone to another company.
