My S 10+ got water damage, so it was a better deal to just upgrade early even though more monthly. Beautiful phone with awesome picture capabilities. Pretty cool zooming in on the moon. Been getting the S models every 2yrs(even #s) since they came out

I love the crisp color and screen the camera is amazing!

The staff was incredibly helpful! They were patient and knowledgeable , and when the Sprint network went on the blink, worked around it to get my phone data transferred and the phone activated.

Bought phone at Best Buy, hundreds if dollars savings compared to Sprint offers. Helpful on line chat, easy curbside pickup same day of purchase, easy set transfer of existing Sprint service.

Best buy made it possible for me getting the s20 + at a reasonable price and no contract extension. The phone itself is a great a phone can't argue that. Those stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ goes to best buy for the great price and esay purchase

Really good phone. I really like the expandable memory. Newer phones don't have that. I will likely keep this phone longer than usual. Downside is the plastic glass protection scratches very easily. I need to replace mine since it's really annoying, the scratches.

I am getting used to the larger size and a few of the newer ways of navigating the new phone. All the buttons are on one side of the phone and I accidentally push the sleep button instead of the volume down. I will learn how to use it like buying a new car. Over all, I think it is good!

It was easy to transfer from my other phone. Love the cloud color with the prism rainbows. Down loads where so much faster than my last phone and durable.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus is the best Galaxy phone I've owned so far and I have owned several. Its sleek design and feel along with its 128GB capability allows me to download and save items easily.

I got the new Galaxy S20 5G at best buy, I love the phone and new Samsung features, it was easy to transfer my APS from the previous phone. I see the big difference having 5G speed anywhere in San Diego.

Great device! Shipping was delayed due to the holiday rush. Also, when I chatted with customer service they were able to assist me through a request i had. Highly recommend for android users!

So far so good. I haven't had any problems out of it as of yet. Easy to transfer data from one phone to another. The speaker quality is better than my galaxy s7+. And I like that I have 128G of memory, more than enough for apps.

Not much to speak of. The new camera features and functions are nice but I still feel it isnt the top dog yet. After a year of use the battery is starting to show poor use rates, and the screen reaction to touch is having issues. Since July 2021 the programs have even started to freeze up for 5-10 secs before reacting. Phone temp is starting to climb during use as well under normal functions that arent graphic intense programs. Most aggravating thing isnthe S21 came out a few months after ths S20. Pretty much the classic Apple money grab but now Samsumg is doing it. Boo.

The associate overall was very nice however he was not experienced on he particular items purchased. I am happy with the phones though I still have not received a response to my email inquiry regarding an item missing from one of my phones.

Make sure you get the real information about the plans, surprises are not a good thing. The phone itself is great.

Been positive so far. A little disappointed there's no headphone jack but other than that been a good upgrade from my S8+.

This phone is by fat the best Galaxy S built...great screen resolution with very fast refresh rates..havent had long enough to experiment with camera but live it!

great phone and works great the new fingerprint is the hardest thing to get use to as well as the change of the buttons on the phone. screen is vibrant

I just upgraded from my Galaxy edge phone to this one. Very little difference in the phones so it made an easy transition for me. Easy to use, and navigate.
