Very slow to ship, phone did not come with the charger I know thats not best buys fault. I should have kept my s8+. The only advantage with this phone is the battery life. It even locked up trying to write this review.

Went for ultra, camera was awful. swapped for this phone and much improved over the ultra, would have preferred to keep note 10. Hopefully note 20 will be better just next time I won't be a test mule and let others test it

never buy protection plan from best buy.after paying every month if something goes wrong you will have to pay samsung fee because best buy is not authorized sammsung dealer.

I am getting tired of Samsung phones. Its all nice and shiny but I'm constantly getting poor service and I think 5g is slower than 4g. Maybe have to break away from Samsung after many years of being a customer.

I ordered this device and was told it would be in the 6th of March. Its now more than a week later and it is still not here. This was a gift for my daughters birthday and everyday she asks if her phone has arrived yet. I understand things happen but this is a huge inconvenience and the situation has been handled poorly. No one can give me answers. There needs to be a better system in place. Wish i could rate the product, however i dont have it. So my review is based on the ordering system and communication.

This is a nice phone but it turns on all kinds of stuff when in my pocket. My experience at Best Buy was absolutely horrible. I don't recommend anyone to shop there.

It’s been 8 days and still no phone. It was shipped 4 December and the last status was 8 December, nothing since. I understand it’s busy and we are dealing with COVID, but it doesn’t seem reasonable to not have movement in 4 days. At one point it said it was being delivered that day (9 Dec), but now it just says it’s being delayed and no date given and that it’s been in Missouri since 8 December. Phone might be great but can’t say...

Mine seems to not be working right. The screen constantly moves and opens things at random making it hard to read articles. I am constantly trying to get back to where I was at. The drop down screen always opens on its own. Pretty annoying!

Having issues with making calls. I can hear them but they are not able to hear me. Could be a network issue but if I can't use the phone I can't give it a very good review. Going back to Best Buy today.

Not sure if you're receiving complaints but I am constantly tapping repeatedly on the screen because either the screen protector that comes with phone is too thick or touch screen is defective.

Not satisfied at all. Glitches. Slow. Sucks. The staff is horrible too.

This is just another great Samsung product. If you're an Android fan and looking for an upgrade, the S20 series can't be beat.

its really good phone to get but it made me miss important calls all the time i don't know if it was the network t-mobile or this phone that was one of issues i heard about this
