Have been a Galaxy Owner from the beginning. I upgraded from my S9 +. Love the brilliant screen, fast recharge, long battery life, power, 120 Hz refresh and the connectivity. Easily and quickly moved my data. Not much more to ask for!

If you are an android user you will not be disappointed by this phone. Good size, not too big, but big enough to see clearly and plenty of screen real-estate to display pictures, emails, web pages, etc. New features that work well for this phone over previous versions: - Finger print scanner built into the screen, no special button to press. Works relatively well although does get thrown off a little if fingers are super dry or smudges on screen - Battery life - MUCH better than my old Galaxy S9. Truly an all day battery, even with the larger screen. - Camera - better resolution and somewhat better performance under low light. Theoretically the additional camera lenses will provide additional features that I have yet to discover.

I've loved all my S series and Note series Samsung phones and this is not exception. Well built, pretty and high in quality. It's fast! It is so much faster than my S8 Plus that it's a real joy to use. Programs load very quickly. With the 144 Hz refresh rate on scrolling is pleasing and not hard on my eyes. Photos are very nice, although I don't get overly concerned about them since I have a nice camera for important shooting. But certainly very nice. I don't game on my phone nor I do much other stressful stuff, but for the average user like me, this phone is very, very nice.

This phone is very fast. It runs fast and flawlessly. The battery life stands up to my constant usage. The screen is a thing of beauty, as no one makes a display as gorgeous as Samsung. I was concerned the cosmic blue would be disappointing, as I ordered this phone at oreorder and never saw it in person. This color is great! I have 2 clear cases to show it off. One is the teach 21 pure clear and the other is the caseology skyfall with a blue border that matches the phone color.

I updated ten days ago from a S9+ to the S20+ and so far I'm very happy. I haven't noticed that I've had a 5G signal yet but it seems fast. Conversion was a breeze. Everything came over, even stuff I didn't "need". Better to have too much than two little. The fingerprint scan on the front screen took me a couple of days to get used to but now it's second nature. The battery life is great and the camera seems noticeably sharper. My only quibble is my favorite ring tones are gone. My alarms sound different and I don't recognize (yet) that its MY phone ringing.

Great phone! Got the Galaxy S20+ 5g as didn't need all the bells and whistles offered on other models plus it has card slot if I need to expand the storage in the future if needed. Camera and pictures are wonderful. Much greater initial storage and RAM than my old Galaxy 5. Very swift response times. Great size as is same as my old Galaxy except just a little over 1" longer. Actually fits in my pocket and purse better. Taking a bit of time adjusting to new icons and the placing thereof but getting there. All in all am very pleased with it.

This is my first Samsung phone. After reading many reviews I settled on the S20+. I like the size. The battery has been excellent. I usually get a full day of heavy use without needing to charge. The camera is good but takes some getting used to. I feel the controls could be laid out better but I've gotten used to it. The quality of the photos especially in low light are acceptable and only need minor editing. Overall I'd recommend this phone. I also must point out I purchased this on sale at half price. For $550 this was an excellent value.

I do miss the unlock fingerprint being on the back but the screen is gorgeous and when my S9+ life was tragically cut short it made more sense to upgrade than to get a refurbished one. The screen is absolutely stellar and it's so fast and the sound is amazing to listen to videos on. The battery life is also amazing in comparison and lasts much longer than expected with it's use. The camera is the best I've seen as well!

This phone is an upgrade from my S8. Great battery life with 120hz refresh on I can get a full day and into the next with moderate use. The cameras are very good and the screen is amazing. This phone is the sweet spot in the S20 line up. Does everything the ultra does except 100x zoom. It has all the 5G bands and plenty of storage and an SD card expansion. I definitely recommend to anyone .

Overall phone is great. Super fast, gorgeous screen and ample storage. The only downside is the lack of notification led that was on previous models and the fingerprint scanner is finicky at best.

So Far so good! Have always used a version of the Galaxy and have always been impressed. Replaced a 7 with the 20+ and love the camera, battery and the ease of transferring info to the new device. Smart switch is great...my new phone was set up exactly like my old phone when the transfer completed. Maybe a tad big if you like to one hand it, but I'm used to it already.

Switched from an s8 to this phone and I gotta say, the camera is way better, I have more battery at the end of the day than the other one (I listen to pandora all day with my blue tooth headphones at work and I consistently have 50-60% battery when I am done with work. It would bring my s8 down to 20-30% left). It is a much larger screen than I was used to but I am enjoying the size of it as well. Many other good things about it, I have yet to have a complaint!

A big leap in performance from my Galaxy Note8

Full disclosure: I don't care for camera specs so it won't be mentioned in this review. Originally I tried to go with the S20 UW from Verizon, much to my dismay, that particular locked model from them didn't come with a MicroSD slot and only 8GB of RAM. Regardless, I was impressed with the new models Samsung released so I decided immediately to return the S20 and take a step up to the S20+ to get the fully specced phone I wanted. Fortunately, Verizon did not take any hardware shortcuts with the S20+ (a MicroSD slot AND 12GB of RAM were included). Included in the box is Samsung's proprietary Super Fast Charger, capable of delivering 25W of charging power to the phone; A USB C to C charging and data cable (I suspect a Gen 3.1); and USB C headphones from AKG (Samsung has gone the same way as Apple unfortunately). Being an avid gamer (frames win games) I absolutely love the high refresh rate of the screen even if its impractical for normal use. The punch hole camera is a bit annoying but I tend to not notice it during normal use. Wireless charging doesn't overheat the device like my note used to (at 7.5W for overnight charging). I never understood why the back of the phone needed to be glass as well. The finger print scanner on the front of the screen works maybe half of the time on the first try, but facial recognition is by far a better choice when it works. Also the speaker for phone calls and its underside speaker finally play in stereo AND the phone comes with Dolby Atmos with the push of a button. An important note I discovered about 25W charging: Third party USB-PD 3.0 chargers do not have the Amperage required to charge the S20 line at 25W, I noticed mine only charged at 22W on third party chargers from Anker and Aukey. If you have been waiting for a true upgrade since the Galaxy 8 line, this should be your first consideration.

I can't say enough about how much I love this phone. It's easy to use, takes beautiful pictures, battery lasts a very long time, and has some of the coolest features I've ever seen on a phone. I couldn't be happier with it! I recommend this to anyone! Samsung is incredible! I have family members that have IPhones and do not like theirs despite it being the newest model. So if you're an Apple or Android user...this is the phone for you!

I was in the market to replace my Samsung Galaxy S8 with a small Android phone that has 5G capabilities on Verizon, and has external data storage via an SD card. I was excited to purchase the Samsung Galaxy S20 with 5G for Verizon Wireless when it dropped at the beginning of June 2020. However, I was displeased when I discovered upon opening the box that this carrier-specific model of the S20 did not have a slot for an external SD card. I returned the smaller phone and decided to pay up for the S20+. I am glad I did! This phone is not much larger than the S20, but wow, what a camera! For the slightly larger size and weight, the S20+ is well worth it! The night mode of the camera is beyond superior to my mom's Galaxy Note 10+ and I am elated to have the capabilities of inserting an SD card up to a TB for external data storage. Plus, waiting one month later, I was able to purchase the S20+ for almost the same reduced price of the S20 when it dropped at the beginning of June. A score of 4 is provided for the Value since I believe these phones should be priced lower than $1k MSRP now that they are becoming more common in the market.

Fast, you will love the beautiful display with 120Hz refresh rate. Battery life is great. Thought that the phone might be to big coming from Galaxy S7. It is perfect and find my self using it more because of screen size and battery life. Charges fast and can charge galaxy watch and ear buds plus with it. Have not found any negatives after using it for about four weeks. Everything about it is great!

I had an S8+ prior to the S20. There is a noticable improvement in the refresh time between the two phones. Took some time to learn new side key functions ie screen shot. The camera produces very crisp and clear photos. The battery life is improved and charges are very fast. Overall, Samsung made another great product.

Best Buy phone buying experience is excellent, better than Verizon stores. This is my 2nd phone purchased from BB. This one took several weeks, and I was wondering if I would get it (a Verizon phone in Aura Blue), but BB persevered and shipped it to OH from CA. Only issue was activation - a bad Verizon SIM card came with the phone. Best Buy has expert people available and accessable to resolve any issues. Phone itself is great, one of the best available. Others including the new Samsung S21 series lack SD card support, have less RAM, lower resoution screens, no chargers, etc. Best available phone for me. Has Everything I wanted including SD card support and a new 25W fast charger. Just the right size, not too large. A little larger than my S9 but still comfortable in hand and larger screen is better to see, work, and type on. Much more enjoyable to use. Specs are all top of the line and mostly exceed new S21 except for processor. It is very smooth, quick, and fluid. Handles everything well. No complaints whatsoever. I really like this phone and am happy I was able to get it. The design, function, and features are exceptional.

Love love love this phone!!!! I upgraded to this phone from a Samsung note 9! We use it through Verizon and are very happy!!! I miss having my stylus but the trade off for a much better phone with better color graphics, awesome cameras, and the durability of this phone is well worth the upgrade in my opinion!!!! I am usually looking for the next phone to come out so I can upgrade but even after having this phone 8 months I am still very happy with it and not looking to trade for a different phone!!! I put a Otterbein phone case on per the request of my hubby cause I am prone to dropping my phone and this phone has no scratches or damage even though I did drop it once on its face! The internal storage is great and has a lot of space since I am always taking pictures and downloading all kinds of apps on my phone on a regular basis! I am on my phone I would say 75% of the day and the battery holds pretty well! The sound is pretty good for phone calls and playing music but I do use my headphones with it a lot if I am doing activities so I am disturbing everyone around me with my music or listening to a podcast!
