The size, weight, and look of the phone is great. Not heavy and very slime compared to older Samsung Galaxies. The phone is fast and has not froze on me at all like my old Samsung S7. This is the greatest Samsung Galaxy phone I've owned. Completely satisfied with my purchase.

I have owned every Samsung Galaxy phone since the 5. This phone is fast. Plenty of memory on phone for all your stuff. A little disappointed in battery life only because lasts about as long as my S10+ and S20+ has 400mAh more. Pictures look great and zoom function is nice feature.

size is goo. camera is great! so many features. easy to use.

I've only had this a month but I really love it. The picture and sound quality are amazing and it is fast and the battery life is amazing. I really don't embrace change so when my four year old phone went swimming and never woke up I was forced to upgrade. So glad I chose this one, it's quite an improvement.

Broke the Samsung S10 we had and had to get a new phone, this was an upgrade at a better price than what we paid for the S10 almost 2 years ago- bigger screen without the beveled edge, like watching a small TV, quick and clear- nice camera and good battery so far - love the lightening charger

oddly enough, I use it mainly as a PHONE. But that in no way detracts from its lightening fast performance or brilliant photo abilities. Sleek and powerful and enough storage to swing a cat. NEO would be proud to use this monster against the Matrix. The architect would swoon at first touch.

I don't find anything revolutionary about this phone over my recently failing Galaxy s8 but its nice to have a little bit more speed and a battery that lasts longer than a half a day, as the one on my old phone was going bad. Nice upgrade to the camera but I think other than slight speed gains and camera upgrades there's not a whole lot of new things they can come up with for new phone generations.

Super fast, super sleek. The 128 GB is plenty enough for apps and photos. The cameras are awesome. Night mode takes great photos and the single-shot mode is fun to play with and see what you get.

Upgraded my S8 to the new S20+. Not a fan of giant phones and was a bit concerned with the screen size but Samsung does an excellent job on packaging. It isn't that much bigger than my old S8 and because it is longer vs wider I can still text with one hand. It is much easier to use than my wife's Iphone 11 pro max which is a pretty wide phone and heavier. Best Buy is an excellent place to buy phones as I got the Aura Blue color (exclusive to BB) and with discounts it was only $1 more a month than the regular S20. I wanted the S20 originally but due to Verizon removing some features to fit the 5G I decided to go the S20+ and couldn't be happier.

it's Easy to use...Stays charged for much longer time than I can imagine. Automatically charge my phone at bedtime, but often find there is a 80% charge left at the end of a busy use day. Picture are great. Easy voice texting.

This phone replaced my 10-year old Motorola phone. Basically love the phone. Big improvement over the old one. Great screen and great camera. Very fast. Only negative is it may be a little too big. I have small hands and find phone difficult to speak on for long periods of time.

Overall, the phone is great. A few minor issues. First, as always, Samsung insists on having Bixby take over everything & be the default phone assistant. Bixby is not even close to Google Assistant in usefullness and quality. No worries: Bixby can be removed as the default assistant by tapping Settings-Apps-Bixby Voice-Set as Default-None. (The only thing I use Bixby for is "Lock my Phone". It is the only assistant out there that does that by voice). Second, Google Duo does not always "ring" despite the settings being correct. I imagine that will be corrected via an update soon (hint-hint, Samsung and/or Google). Third, camera settings do not supply specific of information regarding resolution, at least not in regular mode. Be nice if the settings showed the resolutions for each photo "size" setting. It's odd, selecting the photo setting by the screen aspect ratio, versus the pixel dimensions. Settings should show both. I'd like to see that corrected via an update Other than those 3 minor items, the phone is wonderful.

This is my wife's phone and she has been EXTREMELY pleased! We've had our new phones for 7 months and have both used extensively. Very pleased overall with functionality of wifi, 4G and all internet use. Do not have 5G on plan, but really haven't seen a need. Calls excellent and clear (verizon here), wifi fast, images excellent on screens. Wife streams a lot of You Tube, some Sirius XM, has it on running something most of morning and afternoon, usually still at some 60% battery by dinner. We've been pleased with our batter use and longevity. Camera is really great, very functional and excellent resolution for up to 8x10 prints. Still have not used all the myriad features yet, but there are many and overall darn useful and functional.

My wife's this phone. The battery life is incredible. It last all day. She listens to music through it all day. The camera take great pictures. The phone is very fast and can handle all the tasks that my wife uses it for

I bought this phone on sale. I wanted to change up from using a iPhone. Phone has a ton of features. The display with the 120 hertz refresh rate is nice and smooth to use. Good cameras and battery life and charges fast.

I have been a samsung galaxy user for many years now....this is probably my 5th or 6th upgrade. Obviously it's faster and takes better pictures than my old version (I most recently upgraded from the S9+). I love these because you can add your own expandable memory and that is one of the main reasons I would never switch. I am a little sad that the headphone jack went away, but I use bluetooth headphones anyway...just would be nice to have the option if my bluetooth headphones die. There is always the headphones that go into the charging port, but that isn't as fun;) Other than that, I'm still pretty new to it and not much different than my previous version. Takes prettier pictures....that's about all I got to offer at this point.

Fast phone with great storage. Excellent picture quality and Verizon service is a plus always. I added a line to my present package for my daughter. Replacing a android phone along the same line but from a different carrier. There are many choices in phones but this one meets the higher standards for browsing the internet and will do almost anything that a small laptop or tablet will do. Great for the newest apps and games as well as music too. We were not sorry at all for the purchase on the Verizon plan. I think anyone looking for a new phone to upgrade to will find it suitable.

Came from a S9+ to this and its been wonderful. Much better battery life, bigger screen, faster speeds on the device (storage speed improved greatly so its much snappier). Overall been a worthy upgrade.

Its the Best Samsung I have had yet! Battery life is Excellent! Camera features are many! Excellent pics and video. Glad I went with the plus. Im 70 and its great for my eyes. Also fits my hand fine.

Since I did my research before upgrading from my Samsung S8, I expected the change of the removal of the notification light for missed texts, calls, emails, etc. The better processor makes for a quicker response, the camera is amazing, and the battery lasts much longer. All-in-all, happy with the upgrade.
