Holds the charge for a full day and beyond. Love crisp image on the screen. Size is perfect. Love the phone. Could do without the Bigsby App. Best Buy pricing on this phone was the most competitive.

Big beautiful screen. Fast. Easy to use and frequent Samsung updates. Beautiful blue color. Best alternative to a iPhone. Try it for yourself! Save some money on this instead of a S21.

Just bought this phone to replace a Galaxy S9+, so far no complaints. It does not have a headphone jack, so be aware of that. But this phone is very responsive and the camera is very good,

Absolutely love this phone. Much easier to see the screen and read text verses my previous phone the Samsung Galaxy s9. I love that the app icons are bigger too. Really impressed with the camera-pictures and video almost professional quality. I am bummed that this one has the curved screen like my old phone. I'm a firm believer in otterbox cases but you can't seem to find a phone case with a screen protector included. Had to get a invisible shield ultra clear screen protector to cover the screen, so yet another cost on top of the phone and case. But hopefully my screen will stay protected until my next phone 2 years from now. Overall I really like this phone!

I've had the phone for 3 weeks now. Went from the Samsung S8 to this (S20). The size difference is significant. Good screen and phone speed. Battery is good, but then again, what new phone doesn't have good battery life. Real test will be 1 year from now. My biggest concern is how fragile the phone is. I bought a cover for the phone. I accidentally dropped the phone from a height of 2 feet onto carpeted concrete, and the cover to the cameras broke. You'd think a phone selling for $1,200 would withstand that short of a drop. Aside from that, I miss the LED lights on the front of the screen that would alert you if you had unread messages from various apps that were present in the S8.

battery lasts past the day everytime. Of yours doesn't its because your running the screen at 120. Switch that and the battery will almost double. Great camera and super fast. Zero complaints so far.

Really like my new phone. Camera is excellent. Processing is much better than my old Android phone. I like that it's not too big so I can still fit it in my pocket or purse.

The Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G is a solid phone, especially in 5G on Verizon. Runs fast and with a beautiful display. A huge plus of most Samsung phones is the expandable memory.

I previously had an S9+ and I really liked it but the screen became damaged and it was going to be $200 with insurance for a replacement. With a great sale at Best Buy I decided to upgrade instead. The two phones are almost identical in size with the S20+ be slightly larger which I liked. For the first few hours I didn't really think much was different between the two phones but then I discovered the fingerprint reader. I love it. I could never really get the reader on the old phone to work properly This one is built right into the screen and works great. I was very disappointed with the camera in the S20+. For some reason, I can not get it to take a good picture. Skin colors are way off for some reason. Overall, for me, worth the upgrade.

S7 to S20+

This S20+ replaces a S7 which I've had 4-5 years. I'm not a person who changes phones often but the S7 had developed some real performance issues. It had been a great phone up to that point. I've only had the S20+ a short time but so far I'm glad I switched. I like the edge-to-edge display and the 3x increase in RAM and 4x increase in onboard storage give me some peace of mind that I'll be able to keep this a long time. I'm using the fingerprint scanner and it has been reliable so far. The performance especially with the 120 Hz refresh rate turned on is pretty awesome. I really like this phone.

I didn't want a new phone. I was happy with my S10+ but it broke and it was cheaper to get this phone than another S10. There are some definite upgrades over the prior models. The camera has some nice features. The screen looks amazing. The phone holds a charge. You can put additional memory/storage in which bumps it up to a nice amount. I wasn't a fan of the front facing camera location on the S10 (in the corner blocking certain items) but being in the middle isn't much better. I suppose you just get used to it. The finger scanner is reliable but having a hole in the screen protector to use it feels wrong. I haven't had any issues with the phone locking up and so far I haven't been forced to apply too many updates. That part is sure to change with time. Overall it is a solid phone in a lineup that adds a little something new each year.

I bought the Samsung 20s plus to update my 8s plus phone. I love all the updates and especially the phone camera. The pictures seem like they are in 3 D and very clear. The battery is long lasting. I was concerned about the length but it fits in my wallet phone holder so all is good. This phone is very durable too. The only complaint I have is with the charger cord. Both ends of the charger are small. This does come in handy to transfer the information on old to new phone. Did Samsung think about how we are suppose to charge our phones in the car?

I had an S7 for about 4 years, but the battery life was getting short and the phone was getting kinda slow. The S20+ is a great upgrade, the camera is worlds better and it has a much better display. Battery typically lasts me about 1.5-2 days, leaving on WiFi/data/location/bluetooth all the time. Retail is pricey, but at $350 off it felt like a much better deal. Very happy with this device!

Is there a treatment for Bloat?

Phone is a replacement/upgrade from an S8 with deteriorating battery performance (after 3 years of heavy use). Phone a little larger that S8 and button location/finger print reader made transition a little more difficult than expected. Have not had a chance to really use camera which (along with 5G) be the big upgrade items. What bothers me and has downgraded my rating for the phone is the amount of bloat software (no wonder they pack it with more memory) some of which I haven't been able to remove. Just give us the basics and let us transfer aps we want. I also knew going in but still am a bit frustrated with the lack of a headset jack,,,I guess its time to say goodbye to my faithful Bose headset. Note, there are no concerns with the quality of the phone, it works as well as my previous Samsungs.

very happy with the new Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G. I upgraded from an S7. The main things that I value are the increased internal memory and storage space and the camera.
The camera takes amazing photos in low light and the zoom is phenomenal. I'm a professional photographer so I'm very picky about image quality. The phone can do things my DSLR camera can't.
The increased internal storage combined with a 1 TB micro SD card means i won't keep bumping into limits with all my photos.
I was concerned about the larger size but it hasn't been an issue.
Highly recommended.

The only reason I got this phone was for the bogo deal on launch day. Otherwise I would not have paid $1200 for one new phone. I was surprised by how much I love this phone. I used to have a pixel 2 because I want front facing speakers. I switched for the micro SD card slot. The S20+ earpiece speaker is also used when playing games or watching videos. The bottom speaker provides stereo sound. The cameras are great! I started using the wide angle and 30x zoom. I also now use Samsung pay for a lot of purchases. I picked best buy for their exclusive dark blue color.

Larger screen, faster, and a lot more memory. Camera is great, especially for night photos. Comes with pre-installed screen protector.
