l like the S20+. It's a big step from my S9+. The colors are vibrant and the screen is bigger. It seems faster as well. The photo capability is great.

My wife didn’t upgrade from the S9 to the S10, so her 2 year old S9 was finally “getting old”. I usually upgrade every year so I took advantage of the buy one (ultra) get one free deal. She loves the phone, mainly for the camera because she loves taking selfies. These phones are getting very expensive though, I couldn’t imagine having to pay full price for 2 of them....

Upgraded from S10+ to the S20+ on Labor Day week. I find three minor improvements, nothing to brag about. The screen is sharp and clear, the camera has more adjustments to fine tune a photo and the phone is 5G enabled.. I do not see any improvements on voice calling, text messaging, watching movie, using Google etc. I am disappointed that this phone does not have more bells and whistles for the price. If you don't have to upgrade stick with the S10+. Excellent customer service by ALEX B. He is knowledgeable, patient and helped without interruption for the whole process. Appointment is recommended.

My galaxy s8 finally gave out. Since I needed a new phone and I wanted to stay with Samsung I decided to go with the 20 opposed to the 10. Why should I go with something already obsolete. At first the 20 seemed a little large to handle especially with a case around it but I quickly got use to it. I definitely needed the case since the 20 kept sliding out of my hand. The price was a bit steep but with all the price incentives from best buy the bottom line was reasonable. The sales person seemed knowledgeable about the phone but because of the corona virus they had time limitations with each customer so I had to do my own training at home but it worked. The 20 should be considered if you are in the market but definitely look for various discounts.

Amazing phone, fantastic battery life, 120hz screen is smoothe and amazing, picturew are outstanding. What more is there to say.

I've had the S20+ for almost a month. The transition from my last phone to this one has been okay. I expected the S20+ to be a major upgrade, but the differences are minimal. It's not a totally bad thing to have few surprises and an almost seamless transition from one phone to another. It took a bit to get used to all the buttons being on the right and programming the phone to get the buttons to perform the action I wanted. The biggest frustration (which wasn't a big deal) was to assign a button to turn off the phone. (The default is to use the pull down menu). Overall, the S20+ is a great phone. The main things I like are the battery life is decent, the setup is familiar, and it is easily customizable.

I work in the repair industry and this phone has no issues that I would generally come across as “known” or “common”. Bought 2 S20+ for my parents, as my parents has an S8+ and an S9. They love the phone, the size, battery and sound quality! As a Lead technician, I recommend the phone due to not having common issues like the Note 10/10+ low temperature warning issues, etc. As a tech guy, this is a solid phone for many people to upgrade to. Much better than the S10/Note 10 series devices!

If you like android based devices this is an amazing phone! Very happy with the screen size, speed and pic quality.

Love the new phone. Screen, camera, speed all are great features. Love Samsung as they always seem to provide quality products.

Came from a S9+ to this and its been wonderful. Much better battery life, bigger screen, faster speeds on the device (storage speed improved greatly so its much snappier). Overall been a worthy upgrade.

Great screen, performance, and camera. Fingerprint scanner is not very good, even compared to my old S7. No issues so far.

Battery life excellent, incredible speed, great display and a card slot to expand storage. What else could you ash for?

I have had the Samsung S20 Plus for two weeks now and I am impressed with it. I thought it might be too large based on specifications, and having no way to really go to the store to inspect it. Wrong. It is just 1/4 inch wider than my Samsung S8 but longer. The display is sharp and bright. Performance wise it far surpasses my S8. The scrolling is smooth and precise. I'm a happy camper!

Upgraded from my Galaxy S7 Edge. The battery in the S20+ lasts all day and the phone is a lot faster! I like that it comes with a screen protector already installed. Not necessarily a negative, but if you use plug-in earbuds, they plug into the charging port. This means you cannot charge your phone and use earbuds at the same time. This prompted me to finally purchase wireless earbuds, which I am really enjoying. So far, I am very happy with this phone!
