This phone is the best Android there is at the moment. Display is quite large, clear colors, quick processor, multi faceted camera, what more is there at this point! Good options for screen customization although the notification tones are all the same for every app and cannot be customized. Also the alarm doesn't offer a normal alarm sound, how odd...

I purchased this phone in May 2020. The features are solid. The camera is impressive. The camera is much improved over previous models of this phone. Battery life is as advertised. I wanted to give this a five star rating but couldn't. My phone screen has bubbled. I do have a case on it. Actually I have about five cases that I've either tried and didn't like for one reason or another. But the screen is fragile. My LG was not this fragile. Just beware when purchasing this phone.

Have only had for 4 days so not much camera use yet. Upgraded from an S9+ purple to the Best Buy Aura Blue S20+. I absolutely love the color! I haven't been able to use the camera much but I did take a video and the quality seemed very good. This is my 4th Samsung Galaxy phone and they never disappoint me. Although this phone was on the pricier side for the Plus.

Traded in my old LG V20 which I had for 4 years. A good phone, but this is so much better. Much much faster, the battery life is better than I could even imagine. At the end of a typical day, with 3-4 calls, emails, etc. I still have 70% battery left. The new bluetooth version works very well with my hearing aids as well.

Came from a Samsung S7 Edge and this is a very good phone. but the size is not as desirable as the former. Wish I would have just got the regular S20, but waited too long to exchange. Getting used to some of the new features of how buttons work, and easier to use. Kinda like my wife's Iphone better for startup. Very good battery life, great camera, and nice screen. As mentioned before, size makes it feel bulky to me and don't seem to be able to see as much width wise.

I've had this phone for over a year now and it's awesome! It's fast, there's plenty of storage, and takes great pictures. And this may seem insignificant, but i love that the volume controls and the on/off button are all on the same side. No more accidentally turning my phone off!

Happy with the phone and 5G is a little better. But I moved up from the Galaxy 9+ and I personally don't see major differences. Tech people will quote the better camera, faster processor, better screen, etc. but like I mentioned, I personally don't see it. The curved edges also don't add much for me and only make it more difficult for a screen protector to stay attached. Still I think it's a good phone. I just would probably have stayed with my 9+

I had a Google pixel for tha last four years and loved it. But so far this phone seems even better. The battery lasts forever, it charges incredibly fast, the screen looks amazing, the camera is great. Overall this phone has exceeded my expectations

This phone has long battery life and a brilliant screen. I am still learning the features but in general I like the phone. I wish it would show remaining battery life in percentage on the homepage. The camera takes good photos in very low light conditions and can be adjusted for image size and aspect ratio.

Just picked up my Galaxy S20 plus two days early. Beautiful full screen with fast response. Ran a gamers benchmark. Results we great, beat 97% off other devices out of the box. Haven't had time to really test the camera but early use looks really good.

This phone is outstanding! The phone is lightening fast and responsive, and the battery life lasts over 24 hours with heavy usage. Charger that comes with the phone charges your phone in the blink of an eye. Can't wait to see what the 5G network brings.

Great phone, works really well. I've always had Pixels but I like this phone a lot. I can still keep my google photos and stuff. The camera is pretty solid and gaming is fast. It comes with a screen protector, it picks up scratches easily but they are light so I'm assuming it's the protector.

First off all let me say the phone is great. Its exactly what I expected shifting from a galaxy s7 to a s20+. It really matches the descriptions on the Samsung website which has photos and videos if you want to do extensive research like I did. You'll definitely need a case because not only does the back camera stick out a decent amount but you can definitely see a scratch if you get one. For the front get a plastic screen protector or a liquid protector because glass screen protectors don't fit well on this phone since the phone is rounded so there's a lip if the screen protector doesn't bend with the phone. I would 10/10 recommend the phone, just not purchasing it from Best Buy. Yeah the price is great but the service best buy provides added so much unnecessary stress it ruined the excitement of getting a new phone. If you want to get the phone at a good price, get it here just expect below average service. If you want to get your phone and have it turned on directly with no issue go directly to your phone service provider.

Replaced a S7 Edge with this phone. Not disappointed as the features of this phone are phenomenal. Plus 5G capability (and it is available in my area). Would recommend.

Love the new features on this camera. I can take better pics easily. My only surprise after bringing this home is the lack of headphone jack - I don't like the ear plugs that came with it and my Bluetooth headphones that I use with other things don't have buttons to answer calls and hangup.
