I'm a loyal return customer, but this phone is TERRIBLE! Half the time calls won't come through and when they do, they either drop or people can only hear every other word. I'm not in a new area/zone. All my other phones worked fine. This phone fails at its primary function. Now I've started even having trouble sending texts & having service. 90% of the time it says I'm roaming. Horrible product. Do not recommend.

Problems with sending and receiving text messages with attached photo or photos. Older S8 does much better job. 2. Problems with dropped calls especially while traveling. Again older S8 does much better job. After 3 trips to Best Buy and also Sprint store I would NOT recommend the s20.

This causes you to shut down a lot. Screen is not sensitive and does not always register what is pressed. It is very small. I thought I would like that but didn't consider the keyboard size in relation to my finger size. Not recommended.
