The camera is fantastic and easy to use. The phone itself is slippery because it's glass on both sides you definitely need a good case to protect it.

only have had it a phone days but do far I love it. I love the camera. A huge upgrade from the S8 I used to have.

Only had this for a few weeks. Replaced the S9. Interface seems faster. Display excellent. Have not tested or notice the new 5G capability.

Great phone.. Had a note 8 previously. I really like the camera but it does do things differently than note . I'm learning something new every day.

Phone feels similar to the S10+, but sleeker and clearer. The camera is awesome and the zoom features work well.

This is got to be the best phone in my opinion Samsung has put out to date. It's packs a lot of punch lot of great features. My only gripe was the price.

My son got the newest samsung Galaxy S20+5G phone. And loves it. He likes the camera on it. So much better he says then the Galaxy S9 that he had. Lol

hughe improvemebt over my old phone, screen is very bright, super loud speaker, battery lasts all day, and EXPANDABLE SD slot for additional memory!

Totally happy with the phone so far. It's faster and the battery lasts longer. Haven't tried the camera yet.

Ordered online which had never done before. Good info on website and printed info on setup at home. Took less than 30 minutes to set phone up other than several updates. The phone is great. I had a Galaxy Note 7 and like the new phone a lot. Graphics are great. I wish the power button still let you power off the phone. More complicated now. Also if you use pin to sign in, your have to click ok. before just the pin was needed. Really minor issues. I've had Samsung phones for quite a while. It was on sale which was a real plus.

good, and fast shipping. First off the phone I ordered was going to be delivered in 2 days it came in one day. Very happy with that. Did not have to wait at all for my new phone. The phone works well and I've always loved Samsung! No other company or store had the blue I wanted but best buy did. I was very happy with knowing that. The color I got was aura Blue I would say a special color for this particular phone. Over all costumer service was great. Placing order was not long , nor. Was it a hassle. Very easy to use best buys online shopping. Happy customer!

I love this phone. The loading speeds are fast and excellent. The battery also lasts phenomenally long on one charge. Highly recommended.

Large, clear screen but still sleek and modern design. Upgraded from a Galaxy S8 to this, so worth the wait. If your a Galaxy fan, you'll love it!

Samsung continues to put out the best cameras IMO. This one doesn't disappoint. The larger phone has taken some getting used to but I'm adjusting well.

Love it, the camera is amazing, love that you can charge other phones or your headphones with it, finger print scanner is fast, overall great phone.
