I had a galaxy s8+ and did not want a new phone but had to get one. Got a great deal from best buy way cheaper than verizon and I love this phone. Very similar to use with great updated features. Very happy!

I prefer Samsung phones in general. I have been playing around with the camera features, so far very similar to the s9+ but the night cam and added features are quite enjoyable. All in all a solid choice.

I've not put my phone down since I bought it. Always easy to start up a Samsung. Not gonna lie though...I never know all my phones can do haha. I do have problems with the camera focusing sometimes.

When I bought the phone, the service was outstanding! He set it up so that everything on my old phone transferred to my new phone, and I didn't lose a thing! Very happy with the phone since I got it.

Before I buy this S20, I'm not sure if I would like the curve edge but turns out it is a pure delight experience to have, especially holding in your hand and swiping it. The color is gorgeous too.

I love my new Galaxy S20+. It was an upgrade from the Galaxy S8. I needed a bigger screen. So far I love everything about this phone. I got it in Aura Blue to match my Aura Blue Galaxy Buds.

Super bright screen. Fast downloads. Only downside to 5g is that its so limited. Its just starting out so if u plan on going into major cities like chicago u can get the most out of the phone

Ive had this phone a couple weeks now and for the most part i like the phone. It has a great camera and similar functionality to what i am used to with other Samsung devices. I get echo feedback sometimes but it might be the case. The battery life is seemingly shorter than expected.

Went in to see about a new phone between the s10+ and the s20+. ..really helpful salesgirl..decided on the s20+....plus the price was great..She transferred all of my info..and I was done...

My boyfriend chose this phone last minute since he broke his again. He had the Pixel 4 and breaking his phone between releases he ended up going back to Samsung and is pleased so far

so far the full spectrum of use and customization hasn't been fully tested but so many things make this a really spectacular device. Im hoping that over the months it gets even better.

I actually like this device it is everything that is said about it and more. My only thing is that I am a Note person so I miss my stylus. Gonna have to wait til next time for my Note.

It's very slim and streamlined. I enjoy the durability and lightweight feel. Make sure you get bluetooth ear buds or use the usbc headphones

This has been a good phone fir almost 2years. But of course the battery runs low now. Just paid it off now need a new one.

Have had a cell phone for years. This is by far the best one I've ever owned.

I love Samsung Galaxy phones! I upgrade every two years and have been with them since the Galaxy S3 (so I have been using their phones for over 8 years) and never had problems.

There is a slight learning curve for this phone when coming from an S9+. I liked the subtly larger screen without increasing the overall size much. This feels like an incremental upgrade rather than a revolutionary one.

I love Samsung devices and this one is no exception. I went with this one instead of the Ultra because looking at reviews it wasn't worth it, specifically the camera.
