Phone is great, however, I did not check it out closely in the store and I found a chip in the screen glass while putting on a protector.....called the store and was told someone from the Geek Squad would call me back. I still have not been phoned after 3 weeks.

I wanted the best mobile phone I could get for capturing video with lots of space oh, and this does not disappoint, a great phone!

Good phone, my screen on my galaxy s9+ started giving me problems so I have to upgrade after researching I felt this was a better option than the ultra for me.

The phone is great. However, Best Buy shipped this phone from CA to VA and the 2nd phone from MN to VA but out of KY. I should have bought both phones directly from VZ. The 2nd phone took almost 12 system updates. I must have been an original issue.

This is my third Samsung phone. I would not even think of buying a different brand. I did it once ... that will not happen again. I am loving my Samsung S20+ phone.

I love the over all look, the easy way to get to things, app, phone, text. Just love it. I thought I would not pay that much for a phone but I did and glad I did.

Great phone with three exceptions: The "Gorilla Glass" was exhibiting lots of scratches within days. It hasn't broken yet though1 The fingerprint recognition is beyond painfully lacking. Samsung voice recognition pales when compared to FB or Google.

I purchased my new cell phone at Best Buy as I knew they would help me learn all the features of my new phone plus---help me add all my contacts from my old phone.

This was an upgrade from a Galaxy S8+, I'm not sure i noticed a huge difference but the "sale" price was good and the transaction with Best Buy (California MD) was horrible due to their poor interaction with customers and mistakes on their behalf.

Overall great product. I picked it up when it was on sale.it was damaged so i got it replaced. I would recommend it.

This phone has so many functions, I had to get my 14 year old granddaughter to teach me what to do with them. She has no fear! She also thinks it's cool.

The phone was very nice with many top end features. A little pricy though, but I was able to get a decent discount. Service went smoothly and quickly.

Nice phone, I have had it for less than a week. I've noticed a few times the incoming call sound isn't loud enough and the phone has dropped calls from some older phones. Not happy about those two things, but rest of use is fine.

I wish they would still produce a paper instruction manual. It's hard to find what you need and how to do it. Then follow steps without writing them down. I would rather read a paper manual and do the steps as I am reading it in a manual.

love our new phones. They are sleek, they are durable. Love how fast it charges, they are definitely worth the price. Samsung is the best in my opinion.

Really like this phone. Decent price point between the Ultra and the S20 and S20 FE. I got a good deal with it so it was even more worth it.
