I upgraded from a s9+, hoping this ones battery life would be better, since it has a bigger maH rating. My job requires the use of my phone for long periods of time without a charger, I get about 30 minutes longer is all than my previous s9+. The screen is nice, but I don't use it to ita full advantage like I thought I would. I use medium power saving mode about 24/5 days, so the screen and the cpu are always throttled down. The "Super fast charging" is nice, it really is.. until it bugs out and only fast charges with the charger that came with it. It will do until I pay the rest off, but I will be switching as soon as possible.

A few blocks widely spread thru out town. So why market 5G? Voicemail sign-up wants you to sign up for video mail and allow tracking of your activities.... Also much greater learning curve. If you don't need latest bells and whistles, select a different much less expensive model.

Had no idea that 5G was an extra charge per month (I know, I'm an idiot, but I really had no idea). So now I have a nice 5G phone that is only using 4G. Waste of money in my case. I still believe Best Buy is the best place to purchase a cell phone.

Not sure of this product yet. Will give rating for broken phone... need time for new one to learn. This has nothing to do with Best buy?. It is a Samsung problem. The staff was excellent!
