Several technical difficulties.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Defective. Facial recognition is very slow, or sometimes doesn’t go through. Neither does the fingerprint ID. Practically had to enter my passcode every time. Also when the service was searching for signal the phone would randomly restart. Not a good experience.

This best buy - verizon deal was a joke
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I literally wasted more than 10 hours going back and forth between verizon and best buy who kept sending me to the other party. Verizon said they couldn't activate the phone even though best buy told me the phone will work right away. It took verizon a WEEK to activate the phone and I had to sign up for a prepaid plan in between. I choose 5G shared data plan and ported my number from metropcs. Also, Verizon says 65/month as opposed to advertise 30/month but maybe 65/month includes my monthly phone payment...have to wait until the next bill comes. I do like the phone itself but JUST DONT BUY THIS FROM BEST BUY

Decent but not Sumsungs Best
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product was okay....however have since switched over to the Iphone. Wasn't a reliable phone and aged terribly after a year of use with poor battery life, power and weak bluetooth connections.

Disappointed.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Many great things about this phone and have had several Samsung phones. But this one disappointingly doesn't hold a charge very long in spite of its ads. Also, the keyboard is so sensitive I constantly get typos. Surprising.

Great camera, but a couple of my Apps don't.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's nice to have a new phone, but a couple of apps that I use regularly are not working properly. Android auto will disconnect In the middle of use Which is a huge inconvenience when I'm using the navigation with my car.

Nice phone but not sure if it was worth it
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a nice phone but coming from a Samsung S9 not sure if it was worth the upgrade. Also paying Verizon extra for 5G that I’ve yet to even connect on?? If coming from a very old phone maybe worth it but not so much for me.

Limitations on freedom of choice
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the notes app, you must agree to give them access to your contacts and photos which is invasive and unnecessary, in addition the picture quality is not as sharp and clear. Not worth the money paid

S20+ refubished nightmare
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately this phone has been a nightmare from the word go. It was shipped to my home and upon activating it was down hill from there. This was a refurbished unit and I was not happy at all when I was given that information. Fortunately if it was not for Julio (the Best Buy Verizon Rep at the Glendora store) I would have lost it. He set me up with "New Note 20" and it works great. I have never given a bad review until now.

Good phone, but doesn't do what I bought it for
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.as for a phone, camera, etc....its great. But samsung is giving a lot of talk about its blockchain keystore and security. I have tried and even had the samsung rep to try to load in samsungs blockchain keystore and all we get is a "device not compatible " error message. Two help tickets were submitted to samsung. First one got no response and second one only got a generic form reply about how to install apps. Useless for its ability to store blockchain wallet info without bypassing all the native software. Very unhappy.

Do I have a Lemon?
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have used galaxy phones since their first. This has alot of cool features but, has been very problematic. Charging port stopped working for three months because it always stated moisture in port. It randomly changed my PIN number after powering on and had to hard reset my phone. It likes to lock up with minimal programs running. When it works the camera is great. Playing games such as the newest Asphalt is fantastic with the sound coming from this thing. You feel the bass in your hands.

Not a fan of Best Buy
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our recent purchase (updating our Samsung phones), brought us into Best Buy as a last resort due to the fact that the corporate run Verizon store we usually purchase our phones from was a disaster due to their inability to handle business in the wake of the Covid pandemic. The phone sales person we worked at Best Buy Grand Junction with was very good and easy to work with which is the only highlight I can share with you with your company. As you can see, we did NOT use our best buy cc to purchase the phones and the reason is simple, CitiBank is the worst! I was going to purchase a new MacBook Pro, but needed to increase my limit on the CitiBank Card and was declined. At the time, my credit report was nearing 700 and a small increase should not have been an issue. I've been a Best Buy customer for decades but as a result of the experience with your bank of record, I will always take my business elsewhere if at all possible. I purchased my laptop from Amazon instead. Not only was I declined a very reasonable request for a modest limit increase which would have benefitted Best Buy's revenues, adding insult to injury, the decline hurt my credit score as well. Considering the length of time I've been a Best Buy customer and the thousands of dollars I've spent at your stores over the years, it's truly remarkable that I had to endure this kind of action. This is why Amazon keeps growing and swallowing up companies like Best Buy. And in terms of your bank partner, they can't see the forest for the trees.
