Good phone. Flickering screen and random shut down of phone when certain changes made to phone as use, and have to reset to original settings to get to stop.

the phone was harder for me to set up than my wife phone, Than 4 weeks later they had a better deal and I was to later for that. But the phone it self was ok

Every couple hours you have to restart your phone or texts/calls won't come through. If you wake up your phone and open the text app, then they will all come in.

wont hold a bluetooth connection w car even if i make it a favorite. I have to repair every time i get into car...ANNOYING! I think it's so sleek and powerful but glitchy...there may be too many things that samsung has running in background Support at Samsung is poor BB blue shirt wireless seem too busy too. Phone support needs a body to answer the phone.

I bought this on 7/20/20. It went on sale 7/31/20 and best buy will not give me a price match for the difference because it is an installment, although on your site it clearly states youd issue a gift card if there is a sale during your 14 day exchange period. I went to the store, talked on the phone and chatted. I will never buy anything from best buy again. This is a slap in the face for 2 years due to best buys lack of knowledge.

I have problems working camara I do shop kicks and it doesn't scan my s 8 worked much better. Do not like samsung pushing there programs

Samsung 20+ 5g is a great phone. Salesman was horrible. Had no interest in me just a commission. Walked off several times. Very poor at explaining finances. This phone works with Verizon. They have contacted me as I have been a customer for years+. The sales person said you don't need 5g phone. It will be 10-15 years before 5 G is in this area. Will never deal with that guy again. Only Costco or directly with Verizon (maybe).

This galaxy s20+5g is OK so far but samsung needs to fix the Bluetooth problem this phone connects to my car and works fine until I turn the car off then I have manually connect it every time I start the car this is not a issue with the car it holds the s20 settings the phone does not auto connect I hope samsung fixes this soon. If I would have known this I would have not purchased it.

Microphone won't work on my phone for duo or zoom and sometimes when using the phone regularly no one can here me.

This was not my 1st choice. Very disappointed in this product. And the service was not that great at Best Buy.

This has been a great phone except for one major flaw. I don't have any use for the thumbprint technology but I still have to look at the ugly circle from it on my screen every time I use the phone even as I write this review. It drives me nuts!!! I can't wait to move on to my next Samsung phone in two or three years...

Too big, battery life is not of quality. No difference than the Samsung 20.

My galaxy 8 plus was better phone. The S20 plus isn't worth the money.

Easy to set up. Still learning how to use it. Prints too light, disappointed.
