    I really did not enjoy this phone and cannot believe I got duped into paying the amount I did for it. I preferred my Galaxy s8 and have been looking forward to paying this off every day for the past 2 years so I can finally get a new one.

    There isn't anything different in the way this phone runs in some cases this upgrade is more difficult than my S9+ was. If cracked screen didn't damage some of the crystals I would have just got the screen fixed and kept it over getting this one.

    the engineers in trying too hard, have made a good phone a users nightmare with too many gadgets and not a useful phone. I am sorry l fell for the hype I have the S9 and love but bought the hype for the S20. Too darn bad and you can quote me. Ed .

    Did not like this phone. Ultra sensitive touch screen. Kept shifting to a different page every time I used the phone. Speaker function volume was so low couldnt heat even at the highest volume setting. I returned this phone after only 2 days

    So far this phone has worked fine. Sad I had to replace the S10 after 7 defective phones and I refused to pay another $200 thru insurance. Warranty NEVER replaced the phone and had problems within the first 2 weeks. SAD

    Small update from the galaxy s9. If you have the s9, it's not worth it to update. I'm sorry that I did. Wish I knew then what I know now. Looks like I'm stuck with it for 2 years.

    I rarely do reviews but I feel Best Buy needs this one. I received the phone on time, 1 star. I located my tool from my old galaxy since new phone doesn't come with one, I inserted it into the hole and the drawer popped out. The drawer is cracked and full of stress cracks from when they installed Sim. Now I have a brand new GalaxyS20+ with a broken draw that I will be paying for the next 2 years. Best buy should have never let this phone be shipped like this. I will never get another phone from them.

    I never received either Samsung Galaxy S20 +5G Enabled 128GB Cloud Blue Cell. I am very disappointed in Best Buy for not reaching out to me after I contacted them several times and getting only Case ID's without follow up. A Dell laptop weighing 16 pounds which I returned November 5, 2020 was not my order. The person who got the two cell phones must still have the other one, do some detective work to locate it and credit that purchase back to my account.

    This is by far the worst Samsung phone I have ever purchased. Should have kept my S9+. The keyboard sucks especially the placement of the (.). It always is spell checking and replacing with the wrong words. The new mechanical button placement is terrible. I'm not sure who deigned it but they should be fired. No ear phone jack, really...... oh and poor performance from the processor as well as internet connection. Save your money, it is way over priced.

    I got two Samsung phones and each one was supposed to receive a free gift. The salesman never gave us our gifts.

    5G is available on exactly one block in downtown Atlanta. The phone other than that is just okay... nothing special.

    The whole experience with buying a cellphone and accessories from bestbuy led me to believe bestbuy is spiraling to its last chapter, chapter 13. There is no help. The human touch has been replaced by endless redirection of people and phone trees. The shop floor staff has the "I am here to get paid, not to help the customers" attitude.

    These phones are garbage. I have had many phones and never broke a screen. I have broken my screen twice now. My wife also shattered the back of hers. We are using the same shock absoring cases we always do, it just feels like these phones were built cheap, and priced high. I would highly recommend to not buy this phone.

    Not to impress with the cell thus far... maybe it's the network, Verizon . The connection through the apps on the phone is slow at times. I thought with a 5G phone it would pick up better signals over the 4G network..

    upgraded from s9+ . Big mistake, the camera on the s9 was faster and more clear. when taking low light pics they are blue in color.motion shots are blurry and when receiving multiple texts they take forever to download .

    Sent back after 3 sim cards and 2 phones and the messaging through the phone is still messed up with select Android phones the text messages leaving the device but being received on the old phone side.
