Unlocked from Samsung always best way to go, came late but not as late as ex0ected

Amazing Device, good quality and beautiful color. It comes in an aura pink color.

Got it for my wife, and she loves it. Nice size, convenient in the hand, and great camera, with lots of features. The phone has a lot packed in it. Samsung has done it again. It has lots of features, but not very easy to use. Wish the camera features were more simplified and easier to use.

Amazing phone model with good camera and touch screen.

Very fast processor, excellent display resolution, fluid motion on the display, very good battery life. With a decent amount of combined browsing, email, and phone usage (no streaming) the battery will last over 48 hours. With a screen protector the touchscreen sensitivity is reduced.

Nice upgrade from an s7. Beautiful slim design. FYI it comes with a screen protector already on it, and it seems to be of nice quality. I've had it for a few months and there is 1 little scratch. The phone works well for day to day use. Bixby is awful, I just turned it off.

I'm sorry, but I can't comprehend these five-star reviews. Let me put this phone into a digestible snippet for you: 1) It's very heavy! Like, more so than ANY other phone I've owned. So heavy that you can't even put this thing in your jeans or shorts without it dragging them down. (I carried this in the front pocket of my favorite sleep shorts and almost caused a disturbance at Publix.) 2) Contrast. OMG. They have turned up the contrast levels so much on this thing that it becomes impossible to ignore! Scrolling through FB, every image is just bursting out at you in a skewed Willy Wonka fashion. You can't even look at the news without each and every image blasting you in the face. 3) The camera. Speaking of contrast...if you prefer taking pictures and having them look NOTHING like they do in real life, then THIS is the phone for you! I took multiple side-by-side pics with this phone and my old Google Pixel 2XL and the difference was day and night (or, as this phone's camera would say, 'super bright yellow and blinding white.'" What, I assume, they were trying to do with this phone was "punch up" all your pictures so you can share them instantly without editing. Instead, every picture looks face and overly saturated (see attached pic).

My old phone was 3 years ago so it's definitely an upgrade. Screen is big and awesome. Everything is smooth. However, there is a big wifi issue. It gets connected but "connected without Internet" pops up. This issue never occurred in my old phone or any of my other devices. It's awfully annoying for a new phone and don't recommend at all.

I was excited to get this phone. It was a nice upgrade over my Galaxy S8. I miss the fingerprint on the back of the phone. The phone does everything they say it does and it has 12gb of ram which is impressive. I had to return this phone because it isn't compatible with XFINITY MOBILE even though it should be. No one was able to figure out why.

Ultra sleek, mesmerizing colors, fabulous sounds, magnificent photography, buttery smooth functionality, hyper speed processing... this phone is absolutely amazing for the price you pay. If you own a Galaxy phone pre S10, upgrading to this version is definitely worth it.

This phone has all the 2020 features you want. Great display. Finger print reader. Reverse charging.
