The camera is a lot fancier than the Galaxy S8+ that it replaced for me, but I am not impressed with all the bells and whistles. The clarity of the photo seems much better however though each phone camera is 12 megapixels. The 20 is advertising as having 64 megapixels with the additional telephoto. The 20's processor is speedier and on-board storage is greater (512Gb vs. 64Gb on the 8+) and offers 5G (which is limited in my area). So why did I get it when nothing impressed me... the battery in my old 8s swelled and popped the case. Cracked all the way up the back side. Otherwise basically the same phone to me. Took Best Buy a week to get it to me. (Backed up on orders?)

I only have to charge my phone every 2 days and I play music all day long at work! The only slightly annoying thing about the phone is that if you are idle for 4 hours or more you are prompted to put in your password to open the phone rather than face ID or fingerprint. But I guess it's for security so I'm not mad at it. Overall great phone with tons of storage. I'm a very satisfied customer! Also, I have to add that the staff has been wonderful at Best Buy through this pandemic. The curbside pickup was quick and effortless. I appreciate the amazing service I always get at the Menifee store.

Easy to transfer my data. I really enjoy the very clear display and graphics. I haven't used the camera much yet, but so far very good photos. I chose this model to get the 512 GB storage and great display.

Thanks Best buy super fast shipping ordered Wednesday 1am and received Thursday at 130 pm.

I gotta say that it was easier than expected to make this change. After a day of playing around with the phone I had the new system down pat. I'm extremely satisfied with this phone and upset at myself for not making the change sooner. Now I just gotta get my wife onboard to make the jump.

( Way past time to) Thought this would be a great upgrade. I was SO wrong! I don't see to much difference in the one I got, and the 20. And the kicker is, I returned it the VERY next day after receiving, never activated, set it up, popped the sim card, nothing. And I was charged a $45 "re stock" fee just for opening the box. Like, really?? Ridiculous. Will never buy another Samsung phone from Best Buy again.
