This phone is super fast and the battery lasts almost 2 days! and I am a power user multitasking all day. Plenty of storage and the camera is great too!

I bought this phone for my wife as an upgrade from her Galaxy S8. She loves the camera and the MUCH larger storage capacity! Since she was familiar with the Samsung interface and Android OS, it didn't take much time for her to learn how to use it. The "Smart-Switch" software made setup and transfer of her old files easy. The only issue was that the 5G activation required use of the new SIM sent with the phone. I tried the old 4G SIM with no luck, but activation with the new SIM was quick.

This is a review of the phone only, not of Bestbuy. My last phone was a S-6 active, so this was a huge step up. It is so much faster and capable. Having the 512 Gb storage, I don't think I'll ever run out of storage unless you're a photographer. I have over 100 apps, so that's my main storage hog. It's display is great and camera seems superior to other phones. Cons- it may be me, but I'm used to the screen auto-rotating to horizontal mode but this one asks each time. I wish I knew how to change that. And the battery life isn't as good as I'd like. It will run the phone all day, but not more than that if it is used a lot.

Previously had a Galaxy S9+ but was limited by the 64GB internal memory. So glad I bought a 512GB S20+. Transferred my 55GB of data and apps, and the new phone is using 75GB to start with. I am happy I didn't go cheap with a 128GB or 256GB model. Phone works great and very quick response. The 5G internet is still a little in and out, but when it works the 385Mbps download and 42Mbps upload speeds are amazing! Cannot wait until Verizon expands their 5G network!

Samsung S20 is a refreshing change from the brand I used previously for the past 2 ½ years. Prior to that one, I was a Samsung mobile fan and it's nice to be back . I find the fingerprint unlock method isn't as great as the reviews state. I think bc it is not sensitive to the various conditions of my fingerprint (cold, dry damp). Instead, I use the trusty passcode method. Other than that , it's been quite fun discovering the camera features. I alsio like the size in that I can continue to easily slip in my back pocket; I certainly don't want anything bigger than that. It seems to be easily personalized as far as what I want to see on the display

Love this phone. What an improvement fron my old Note 4. Quick responsiveness and brilliant display. One word of caution. I used the special food setting on the camera (for food) and the photos were blurred. On normal settings, the food pictures were clear. Go figure. So minus one star for this issue. Battery life is decent, but not as good as my wive's LG V60 ThinQ. Still, highly recommended.

The phone is not bad at all. It is faster than my S10. Still testing out the phone. The phone does not feel to big or too heavy. The screen is very nice to watch movies.

Ordered this phone online and had it delivered to my home. Very simple to get setup following the prompts in an email from Best Buy. Took about 15 minutes using the smart switch app to get the things on my old phone transferred to the new one. The phone comes out of the box with a screen saver already on it which is nice, saves on having to buy and install one yourself. If you have used Galaxy phones in the past and liked them this one will not disappoint. Crystal clear screen, great camera resolution and very easy user interface.

Samsung just keeps getting better and better! The battery life and new camera are amazing! You will not be disappointed, buy today!

I've always paid for my phones through Verizon store however this time I decided to check out best buys deals. AT $350 off this blows away what I could get through the Verizon store! BEST BUY has always been really good about shipping and/or pick up for free and in stock ready to go. I got the 512Gb version and feel its the only way to go. First Samsung and I'm in love.

I love this new phone. The camera is awesome! The only downside is that I can't reach all the way across the screen with one hand. But that is a minimal disadvantage to all the other great options that came with this phone!

I went from a S9+ to this 20+ and I have to say, the difference is night and day. I'm especially in love with the quality of camera and all of the awesome effects the single take option offers♡

This phone is a good enough phone. It isn't as rave worthy as the description. Speed is not what I was hoping. Also it sometimes does things I have yet to understand why, like suddenly open a screen. Expensive for an ok phone.

This device has worked great for me and I have been able to complete many tasks and the camera is exceptional. I recommend this for anyone. Way better the the Iphone

I did receive a new phone the Galaxy 20 I love it the pictures take wonderful pictures especially because I have 7 grandchildren I passed my phone down to my husband

My hubby got this phone, and he is satisfied with it so far. Set up was quick and all content transferred perfectly!
