Sleek and easy to use. Really enjoying this phone.

So far it's been easy to use and works very well. Of course, as with any smart phone, you'll want to learn where the menus are for your particular preferences. Best Buy Samsung representative has been FANTASTIC help through the process -- all the way from providing insight, through the purchase, and with the follow up.

I have been pleased with the Samsung Galaxy S20 so far. I've only had it a little over a week and have been able to figure out how to do what I need to do without too much difficulty. My previous phone was a Galaxy 5 so there are a number of changes, but having had a phone in the same series probably helps.

120hz display is the most amazing thing I've never had on a phone. As a pc gamer we've seen high refresh rate displays for years but on a phone it's a completely different thing. Never thought scrolling through anything could be so smooth. A worthwhile improvement and the main reason I bought it.

Love it. Although I wish I could figure out how to stop it from monitoring everything I say and do. I've gotten more targeted ads using this phone than any other phone I've ever had. I'm not sure how it compares with other phones in that aspect so I give it 5 stars

Although I do love this phone I now know I should've gone for the plus, cause I constantly fat finger the keyboard. Also where the heck is the slottable memory come on samsung.

The shipping estimate was spot on,getting the phone updated,activated and data transferred from old device took approximately 1 hour and everything works as expected. Big improvement coming from a S7,very happy with the phone and the purchase experience from Best Buy

It's a nice phone, but I miss the LED indicator light which was so very handy, and I wish that I didn't have to press down on two buttons to power up or down. But overall the battery power seems good so far, and it's pretty easy to use.

Definitely a step up the 120hz is hard to go back from once you switch it on. USB C is great because you can’t get it wrong and it charges so fast. UI is the same as any android device so if you’re comfortable with it then you’ll be in good hands.

I really like the phone. It feels very similar to my s10 which is nice not to have to learn a bunch of new stuff. Took a little while to get used to the button locations on the side of the phone but now it's very easy to operate.

This is my third Samsung Galaxy phone, I absolutely love how easy it has been to transfer photos/files/etc. between each phone I've had. The keyhole front camera took a little getting used to, but now I don't mind it.

I was very excited to upgrade to the Samsung S20 from my old Galaxy S7. I have always been pleased with Samsung products. I am excited that my new phone has 128GB of storage space compared to the 32GB of the S7.

I got it for $500, the bummer is that there is no expandable storage. It’s only 8GB of RAM but you can’t really notice. The 120 refresh rate is probably my favorite part of the phone.

I purchased this phone after much online research into a durable phone with decent connectivity, speed, and camera options. Upon arriving at Best Buy to pick up my order, I asked the sales associate about a post I saw on the item's Best Buy Q&A section online (after ordering the phone). The post stated this phone had no space for a microSD card. The associate assured me that all phones these days have a place for a microSD card. I asked him if he was sure because I would return this one for a different one if this phone didn't have microSD card capability. He opened the box up, looked the phone over, and told me again that I could use a microSD card in this phone. Got it home. Guess what? No space for a microSD card. Thanks, Best Buy.

The Best Buy sales where very helpful.Phone had to be ordered but it was the Holiday season. Geek Squad transfered from Phone to phone all data. Great Purchase!

Love my samsung 20. Love android. I been a long time user of samsung and they just keep getting better. Im sure plenty would agree.

As with all new phones, it took some getting used to but overall I like this one. Until it doesn't work anymore, hopefully that will never happen, I will be using this one for a long time.
