Battery life is awful for a brand new phone. Setup took forever and the sync didn't work correctly.

This is ridiculous, I had more memory on my Galaxy S9. NOT an upgrade. Verizon cheaper out on their version of the S20, so you need to go to at least the S20+ to get expandable memory. My S9 had 64gb built in and a 128gb memory card (192 total), this you're stuck with only the 128.

Beware - NO MicroSD slot / expandable memory

Turns out this is the only S20 model that does NOT have an expandable memory slot. No MicroSD. Verizon does not really call it out anywhere, and the Best Buy site actually incorrectly states that it has a microSD memory slot. This one a pretty huge factor for me to buy the S20, and I have no reason to check deeper into this since every other Samsung model has expandable memory slots. Since I ordered my memory card after I received my phone, and opened up the tray to insert it 1 day after the cut off for returns, I feel extremely ripped off.

I had lots of dropped calls, static, and garbled sounding conversation. I'm not sure if it was the phone or Verizon's service. I took it back after 3 days and was charged a $50 restock fee from Best Buy and $69 from Verizon which included an activation fee. What a rip off. And trying to return it to Best Buy was a nightmare. Between that and stock outages on a computer I paid for that they didn't have, I won't do much business with Best Buy anymore.

The wifi keeps dropping. When I send the error to Samsung, they tell me it is my weak wifi. My pixel and my older Samsung do not seem to have the same wifi connectivity problem. Also, thr speaker phone was good for a month or so, now it is not great and I have to plug in headphones. Not a great phone.

The screen and back panel shatter at a knee-height drop on hardwood. This phone without insurance is a liability and it will break easily on a simple drop. Do not BUY!

I bought this phone and its faster then my S10 plus & has even better reception. Its little big bigger then S10 plus its a great phone, I would buy another one. Samsung has the best phones. You can add a SD card in the same tray as the sim card, so you can expand the memory. Love the color. Samsung is the way to go because it has a place for an SD card. plus you get twice the hard drive space then any apple for same price. the screen resolution is off the charts with color. fantastic.

FALSE ADVERTISING - no microSD card slot

I waited till this phone came out to upgrade since it was the perfect size screen and I didn't want a large phone. I bought it, spent several hours activating, transferring files, downloading apps, and setting up the phone - only to find that it DOES NOT have a microSD card slot! The Best Buy website incorrectly says that this phone has expandable memory up to 1000 GB. Not true. I tried to exchange it at the store, the manager agreed to waive the restocking fee, but now I lost out on the 4th of July promotion and the manager refused to honor it.

Buyer beware - there is not expandable memory for this phone. Samsung's website is incorrect. I verified with their support. Only the S20+ and higher have the capability.
