The camera on this phone is amazing, but there are a few things that keep me from loving it. I feel like I had better reception with my old S8. The phone frequently switches over to Wifi calls and at times just will not dial out. This happens even when the phone is showing great signal strength. The fingerprint reader is a bit of a challenge as well. It usually takes several tries to get it to accept mine. Overall, it's a good phone, but just not what I was expecting as the latest and greatest.

Started with the S5 years ago and try to upgrade every few years. Love Samsung quality. Upgraded this time from an S8. Great external speakers and camera. Appreciate the compact size.

I love this phone it is very user friendly. The camera is wonderful and enjoy the extra features especially the multi picture feature. I would recommend this phone .

Bought this as a Christmas present for our son. Takes super nice photos. Night mode is amazing for photos. The battery last two days and it gets used a lot.

My wife is happy with this one coming from a Samsung Galaxy S7. She finds that this phone's battery is excellent and it works very smoothly. She is very happy.

I had to replace a Galaxy Note 5 due to OS security issues since it could no longer be upgraded. I set a budget that didn't allow for another Galaxy Note model, until Best Buy ran a special for $450 off retail. Verizon could even touch the deal. I was thrilled and couldn't be happier, now several months after the purchase. The phone works great and the camera is superb. The "Ultra" may have a better camera, but I don't think I could tell the difference, so this phone is "Perfect" in my opinion.

This phone is fantastic! I can multitask with it and the battery life is excellent. The screen is clear and vibrant. The camera takes great photos!

I like the phone but thought from doing research before purchasing online that it supported to put in an SD card. Well, for the S20 it does not support to add a SD card. I still like the phone and does have the most storage as is compared to any previous phone I had...so not the end of the world.

My Galaxy 6S gave up the ghost. The S20 is so nice. Comfortable to hold. Overall, ease of use is good. I'm still figuring some stuff out. I wish the salesperson would have given me more information. The color is dark gray. I wanted blue. This was the only color in stock, and my old phone was not working any.ore. Itxs covered by an Otterbox, so I can't see the color anyway. And we all know cell phones don't last forever.
