    Great Overall Device

I upgraded from a Note 8, and it is DEFINITELY and upgrade. Camera - The camera is the biggest selling point of this phone. It takes great photos. The 100x zoom is pretty cool, even if you'll rarely ever need it. Video can go up to 8K resolution, and photos up to 108MP. It includes a wide-angle, normal, and telephoto lens. Battery - Battery life has been phenomenal. Even with using the 120hz refresh rate. I can make it through a day of pretty heavy use with 40-50% left. Turn on power saving mode and you can extend that pretty drastically. Display - Samsung is the display king, and this one is no exception. It's bright, vibrant, and now includes the option to take the refresh rate of the display up to 120Hz. A high refresh rate screen is life-changing, especially if you've never used one. Speed/Power - This device is extremely fast. It's packing the latest processor and has 12GB of RAM. You don't have to worry about bogging this thing down. UI - The user interface is great. It's snappy and easy to use. Samsung also added some great gestures that make using this huge phone much more comfortable. Overall, I'm really happy with the upgrade. The only cons I can think of are the price and how difficult the phone is to use one-handed unless you have very large hands.

Good deal for premium phone that has SD storage on

So I was waiting for the s21 ultra and found that it was lacking the sd card option.(I use for storing music,HD drone footage and so on) takes a lot of space don't want to rely on clouds which are being limited for free storage.. and it is only minimally better than this phone. There was no wow factor for the 21. And best buy had this one on sale to were it would be less than what I was paying on my s10+. So far everything works flawlessly battery and screen are excellent (you will notice size difference). Notice the extra weight a little. Funny thing is I don't notice any crazy gains other than screen size and slightly better camera options from my s10+... My value rating is I believe all phones are overpriced. Not just this one.

Amazing phone and camera. Glad I switched from iOS

I've been a longtime iOS user and have had Android phones on the side for years now. I've had LG's, previous Samsung Galaxys, and even a Pixel 3xl and none of them convinced me to stop using iOS and iPhones as my daily phones. Once Samsung announced the Galaxy S20 Ultra and highlighted the camera specs, I got extremely interested and decided to switch. I was afraid I'd make a mistake and miss using an iPhone but that has not been the case. I've been using this phone everyday for months and don't miss leaving iOS at all. The size of the phone is a bit large but not unmanageable. The screen is amazing especially at 120Hz. The phone is extremely fast and the battery life is the best I've had in a phone. The camera wasn't necessarily the greatest when I first got the phone but Samsung has done an amazing job with updates and the camera is absolutely my favorite part of the phone. This phone is pricey but I plan on running it for years to come. I'm glad I made the jump from iPhone to this one.

This is a great phone if you are willing to pay the price for a flagship phone. It's got a large, clear and beautiful screen. I specifically bought it because I wanted a great camera, so I would not regret going on vacation without bringing my dedicated digital camera with me. My previous S9 was a very good phone, but the camera had no optical zoom. The S20 Ultra has a 4X optical zoom, a 10X hybrid zoom and a 100X space zoom. I don't see where I would ever need a 100X zoom, but the 4X optical and 10X hybrid will mean that I can definitely don't have to worry about leaving my dedicated digital camera at home. The S20 Ultra comes with a 5000mah battery and a 45W wired charger. It charges extremely fast! I was a little concerned before I bought it that having a 6.9" screen would make it too big to handle in an Otterbox Defender case, but it has worked out fine. Again, if you are OK with the cost, it's a great phone.

My biggest complaint with cellphones was that the screens were too small to do much of anything. My 20 Ultra took care of that! (Although if there was a larger one I'd buy it!) The screen is edge to edge and crystal clear. The battery lasts for 3 days, sometimes longer, before needing a charge. It was easy to switch from my old phone to the new, although the Best Buy associate disconnected the phone before all my photos transferred. Fortunately I have them saved in a couple of places. The camera is great! I bought the phone before a trip to Florida and in anticipation of an Alaskan cruise, which had to be postponed. The colors are vivid and the camera has all sorts of options. I really enjoy it and would recommend it for anyone looking for a new phone.

Great 5G capable phone so far! Just the 5G part worries me as 5G signal is a bit dangerous to be around luckily I don't live too close to any 5G towers. So I only get 4G LTE in my area. I was in 5G area before though and so far the fastest I got off 5G was about 200 Mbps. Still fast, but not blazing fast. Camera has amazing pictures quality specs and its fast. Battery last about a day or two with moderate to heavy use. I have the AT&T version and do believe the unlocked version has slightly better specs and no contract. But overall a great phone to have with a big price tag.

This phone has it all but make sure your provider offers the services you wish to have. There's no 5G near me so it's difficult the rate that portion. The phone is quick to browse, nice to handle. It's not bulky and easy to hold. Great display but waiting to try this amazing camera out. Unfortunately due to the pandemic i can't go out and play. Till then!

I love this phone. The battery last all day. The camera pictures is bright and beautiful. The size is not too big and not too small. The sound with base is amazing. I got this phone from bestbuy because it was cheaper in payments then getting it from where I get my service. Love it and you will too.

Really happy with S20 Ultra so far. the phone is lightning fast. Love the fact that I can still add a micro sd card. The screen is amazing and battery life has been great so far. I have been using Galaxy phones since the very 1 model was released and have been pleased with each version I have purchased since that time.

After a few days with the new phone, I am definitely impressed so far. Many of the same features of my s10+, but the camera, the screen size, and the refresh rate make it a worthwhile upgrade. I can't wait to continue exploring!

This is a big phone but with big features. I'm very impressed with the cameras which take amazing pictures. Dont be fooled into thinking you can actually get a 100x zoomed photo though since they're basically unusable. However, at 30X the pictures are very usable and really pretty amazing. The buttery smooth screen is a delight to use. Set it to 120HZ for the best experience. Also, the battery life is amazing for such a huge screen and fast processor. It easily lasts all day in my experience. Yes, it's expensive but worth it especially if you can get some kind of a discount through a new activation or offer.
