I upgraded my SG S10+ after a year and a half for this new SG S20 Ultra 5G. I will say there isn't a lot of difference between them other that the stronger and clearer cameras. I do love the new phone but the cost in my opinion is excessive. I have to drop a star due to excessive cost and no loyalty discount to long time clients.

This is a great smart phone. I am very impressed by how responsive it is and how long the battery lasts. My S7 couldn't even get through a day. This one lasts at least two, and sometime three days. Very pleased.

I am a android user. Don't care for the IPhone. Have purchased 3 4 5 7 8 9 and this 20 model. Everyone tells me what great pictures I have. I owe this to my Galaxy phone crystal clear pictures.

samsung phones are such high quality, that the phone I'm upgrading from was the Samsung galaxy S7! I've had it since it first came out, and didn't need a new phone until I ran it over by accident a few weeks ago!

I love it. It does everything I need it to. But soooo expensive (all cell phones are today though!). I do not use it to its full potential but is good so far; had it about 8 months.

Excellent camera, same great android features. Love that it came with a plastic screen protection until i can get a glass one. Feels great, looks great.

Phone is all it's hyped up to be...great camera system, gorgeous display, all day battery life, etc. Although some people may find it a little on the heavy side, I think it's perfectly balanced.

LIke the new S20 Ultra G5 phone, like the new features, the camera being one of the important items. I highly recommend the phone, still exploring the many features.

So far I am enjoying my phone. I still haven't played with the camera very much. I do not like the fact that it doesn't have a standard headphone jack.

i had a Galaxy 8+. old, i know. this phone is so much smoother and powerful. the camera is awesome! A little too high priced for my taste, but getting used to it

This phone is great! No complaints at all, the best feature is the camera! If you have Android or iPhone you definitely need to UPGRADE and get yourself the S20 ULTRA

Love this phone. camera is amazing. its a bit heavier than I expected... would definitely recommend especially if you can get a good deal like the $500 off trade in

Upgraded from an S9 Plus to Galaxy S20 Ultra. It's leaps and bonds in performance. Specs are good, great battery life. I have no complaints about the camera.

Love the bigger screen & the camera with the zoom & then the phone itself. Everything about this phone is great!!!! Wish it was a lot cheaper in price.....

Love the camera (pics are super clear!) and the functionality is familiar, which I like (not a fan of learning new operating systems every time I upgrade).

This is my first time switching from iphone to samsung device.S20 Ultra is the best device that I never had before.It's a little expensive but I love the quality.

Camera makes this phone! Had a note 8 and needed a huge upgrade. Only miss the stylus... Assistance was over the top best customer service.

At this phone a while ago for my daughter and she absolutely loves it fantastic just quick and it's a nice upper end phone
