Favorite phone by Samsung so far! Love the camera especially. Only con is that it doesnt have a headphone jack, but I was able to order an adapter for when my wireless earbuds die and I can use any headphones.

My main comment is buy this phone mainly for the cameras. Other features are excellent but not bigly differentiating with other flag ships with full frequency 5g. 1400 is a lot! I justified this by not having to bring my super zoom camera with me and that I'm set for 5g with all bands. Plus I'm a bit of a phone geek. I'll most likely get a fold 2 in August and be done for several years.

Love this phone! The 120 hz refresh rate is terrific, and it just feels really good in the hand. The camera is very high quality as well. I was torn between this and the Note 20, but am happy I decided on the S20 Ultra instead.

Coming from an old busted up S7 edge this was a huge upgrade. Not too big still fits in my pocket and perfect for work. Camera is better than my girlfriends iphone 13 pro!

Camera is Amazing, and the speed is almost instant. All of the little things I wished Samsung would fix, like adding a picture from your gallery to an existing group message, has been fixed. Zero complaints so far and I have been looking.

I upgraded from a Note 8 and this is a better phone, has a better screen, better camera and is very very fast. I hope the new update fixes the slow autofocus issue. Get a case, solves the huge camera bump problem. It does fit in my pocket and is easy to use one handed. Fingerprint reader is not great. Not worth $1400 but .....

Loving it so far. Been a galaxy fan boy since Original Note. Never disappoints. Great spec's. Top screen on the market. New Camera module will get better with updates. 120 Hz is the best thing on the S20's.

Takes awesome pictures! Super easy to use and very high quality. It is very expensive but other than that it is easy to use and has many useful features. I would easily recommend to any serious phone user.

It's a good phone, but it doesn't provide me any real "WOW" factor. I loved my S8, and this phone is literally the exact same, only wider. I don't like that its hard to hold with one hand, but besides the size.. I think if I just repaired the shattered screen on my S8 I would have been fine keeping it. I just thought - if I'm going to pay for a new phone screen for 200+, I might as well get a new phone. Not sure if it was worth the 900$. They also took away the small flashing blue light that goes off when you receive a text / notification! Im so blown!! I used to just look and see if my phone was flashing from across the room, than having to walk up and touch it. What a shame. Galaxy phones are just so good in general, there's really no point in upgrading because all models are good. Save yourself a few hundred bucks and just keep your older galaxy phones (8 and/or 10). I basically paid 900$ for a camera lol. The camera on my S8 was pretty amazing already.

Upgraded my S9+ to the S20 Ultra. Super fast, bright display, and long battery life. Best buy had $200 instant savings, AT&T had $750 trade in. No brainer new phone for $300!

Amazing camera on this phone. It's a bit larger than the S10+ so it will take time to get used to. Battery life is great and it lasts all day without me having to charge it.

It's a really good phone. Feels amazing and it's fast. I think the phone has alot of potential, and if Samsung can fix the known issues soon, I think this phone would be close to perfect. For $1400 though, I don't think the price should be that high. Nice phone though! I love it

very expensive. However it is very cool. Lots of useful features. The camera is truly outstanding. Has many modes and features that is easy to figure out to take amazing photos!

phone is super fast and screen colors with 120hz is smooth and brilliant. The camera has several modes to make your photos perfection. This phone was expensive but worth it.

Great phone. I love it. I do mostly streaming on it and occasional phone calls and daily text. I use it everyday as it's my device of communication with people and still haven't had a issue since I bought it. Battery life last all day even with moderate to heavy streaming and other uses. Fits comfortably in my hand too. Quality is great as always. USB C allows fast charging too. I have a 45W charger and it takes only 1 hour from about 15% to get to a 100% charge.

I wish they would be had this one in a rugged option. Finally upgraded from my S7. I purchased an Otter Box for it though, so that should help. The camera feature is good unless you're trying to get a closeup shot of words or numbers. The auto focus blurs it some.

the camera is PHENOMENAL!!! I am a person who takes lots of pictures and I must say the camera is awesome. Pretty good battery life too!

so far far battery has been the best . Camera is good but was expecting it to be better . An update is due that will take care if minor issues I was told. Overall got a good deal on one of the best phones out right now.

I upgraded from my S7 to this. It was a choice between this & the iPhone 11 Pro Max. I'm glad I decided on this as I use Google Pay ALOT. The Samsung & Best Buy Rep answered all my questions to the T. I live in the 4G area but I recently made a road trip to Ohio & the 5G is a marked improvement over the 4G.

great phone and excellent camera! Very very easy to use. Just the price of these phones is getting ridiculous.
