Screen protector damaged out of box.

I wasn't sure if it was the phone's screen or the screen protector. Took it back to Best Buy. Employee ripped screen protector off....found out it was damaged and not the phone itself. Best Buy would not offer to replace screen protector. Told me I was out of luck, on my own. Talked to manager and when I asked if he was willing to make this right he said "no!" I will never purchase another phone from Best Buy. It's always something with them. So phone gets a 4 score, Best Buy gets a 0.
