Phone can work great one minute then kind of sputter out. I almost wonder if phone has a defect. I don't think it's the Verizon service or the wifi at my house. Camera is excellent. It's more organized and efficient than previous models. For the price though and the above mentioned stuff, not sure if it's worth it.

Back is breakable glass

(I drop my phone a lot and really do not want to use a case), I did not pay attention to the fact that the back was glass and not drop resistant. I shattered it in the first month and now have case on it because I did not want to use my insurance and get a refurbished phone when mine was only 1 month.
