There isn't much to say about the quality of the phone. The only gripe is in regards to the 'space zoom'. It's decent for those impossible shots, but the clarity is horrendous due to the digital zoom. I don't use it much, so it's not a huge annoyance. I can't wait for the Note 20 Ultra to come out.

This is exactly the device all historical "future fantasies" dreamt of. It is like having a magic wand in your hand. Short of spinning Gold from thread, it does everything I have ever wished for any device to do. The desktop view is amazing, I use it non-stop for every part of my life.

I have no complaints about this phone. The 100x zoom is a neat feature.

My wife's really happy with it. She's in it for the pictures capability and the rest is a great Samsung Phone. Not cheap, but you know how that goes. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a great Cell Phone with a Great Camera.

Upgrade and checkout was very easy, and an awesome deal for the best phone on the market. Shipping was faster than quoted, which is always a positive for me. Very satisfied with the s20 ultra, as well as the ordering process from start to finish.

For the most part, I like the phone. Still trying to get used to it. It is way more phone than I need. Ask me in six months and I'll probably say I can't live without it. I must say, too, that Allison in the Kingston store is a saint. She is patient and so kind in a stressful and confusing situation. She is to be commended.

Nice phone, great screen, not to heavy. The camera is great for far away shots, but seriously lacks in close ups, it is hard to focus. Not worth the price, but I would still take a Samsung over Iphone

Way past time for a new phone and I'm very happy with the S20 Ultra. Adios Apple. Picked up the Watch3 for my wife and myself at the same time. Good deals and great service from the staff at the Valley mall and North side locations.

moving side controls buttons just to top of phone really nice, have not experienced 5g yet even with my 5g internet only 4g? Camera space zoom works great but had to really steadily my hand to get pictures just can't aim and shoot pictures easy with zoom

Interesting phone. Many features. Interesting it comes with a screen protector. Every new phone has a learning curve. The camera presents the most challenge. Not a cheap proposition but Best kicked in big bucks to ease the pain.

Phone is kind of bulky but you probably know that coming in OLED screen is the, if not one of the, best Only downside for me is not 120hz at QHD aspect Probably not recommended to use 100zoom as it is super grainy.

Love this phone and I went from an Iphone to this Galaxy phone and LOVE it....don't plan on going back to apple ever since I got this phone. Very customizable

I love the features of the phone but the service is alot worse than my previous Galaxy S10+. I can do almost no internet browsing without being connected to a wireless connection. Very disappointed in the 5G service, as well.

Disappointed with the phone overall did not live up to the hype. Nothing major wrong with it just nothing spectacular. The autofocus on the camera at the 108 megapixel is terrible but the night time camera is amazing
