Will only get Samsung from now on. Love this phone

I can't say anything good or bad about the performance of this phone because I ordered it, never opened it, and returned it ... all because the S21 Ultra 5G was released, and it appears to be an equivalent if not superior phone .... but with less tech issues and for LESS Money.

I am definitely happy with this purchase. I recommend this phone.

Just upgrade to Samsung S20 Ultra, this phone is awsome.

loving this phone will say get a case its very big and slippery in the hand and will hit the wrong thing without a case. im coking from a s9+ and had gbetter data signal strenth at work. this thing has like no signal i have to go outbside if i want to use without wifi at work.

little disappointed with autofocus but it's alright

I purchased a Samsung phone from Best Buy and I was told one thing when I paid for it. But when I came to pick it up 3 days later the things that I was told was not true. So don't believe anything they tell you and if they do make them put it in writing.

I had the s10 prior to this phone and actually prefer that over the ultra. Aesthetically this phone might be more pleasing but the camera is not acceptable. The zoom is always off and just a pain to use for quick picture situations.

The phone is very easy to navigate. Its just like any other Samsung phone. They only thing is that the phone is very heavy and the phone locks up 3-5 times a day.

i was not told the truth about this camera. Front cover is already chipping & scratching up. Very bad, i was told no cover needed or available. Way to much money for this to be happening.

First , I never ever review products . I upgraded to the 20 ultra after waiting years to be swayed into buying Samsung . I debated between the note 10+ and this one. Ultimately the camera pushed my decision . I loved everything about the phone after switching from apple 11 pro max.... however the camera is nothing but a gimmick . The pictures are terrible compared to the iPhone and for me that’s what matters .

To be honest I thought it would be amazing and take amazing pictures but it didn’t. I would have just stayed with my 8+ if I could(it broke lol). It just wasn’t what they said it was and it was actually a pain to use and work with. After using it for a week I had to trade it back in and get something new! Also it’s way to expensive for what it is!

Other than the camera, S9 was just as good of a phone

We ended up returning because it was recommended when we purchased phone. However the phone actually comes with a glass screen protector out of the box. I was disappointed that they would try to sell us an unneeded product.

I bought this NEW phone online. When I tried to transfer all information from old phone, I received a message stating this phone was reported lost or stolen. Upon speaking to Verizon, they informed me the phone was purchased and then returned with a balance due on the account. Best Buy was trying to send me a used device. Returning device and won't do business here again.

I had to take 2 phones back and now the 3rd one is giving me trouble. I would wait until the bugs are worked out. Best buy went above and beyond to make it right.
