This is by far the most un-user friendly Galaxy phone made to date. None of the touch screen "buttons" work properly and you have to press really hard on the screen in order for it to recognize that you want to open you phone or use an app. Also, it's built for people who are left handed. Seems right when 90% of the people on this planet are right handed. This phone is not what you want. I am extremely disappointed and now stuck with an overpriced phone that has no use to me. Go with another model.

Different way to set up texting notifications and other set ups.I called Verizon and could not get help either. I have had other Samsung phones much easier to set up.

I actually dont like this phone that much, the camera really gets on my nerves but otherwise it does the job.

I have some problems with the phone. My location was not accurately representing where I was at. I also noticed some features were not working on the phones like the screen record, I ended up having to restart the phone and the screen record would start working, but it is kind of weird that I have experience that with a brand new phone. I always buy my cell phones through best buy and I have never had issues like these with brand new cell phones

GPS basically never works. Camera is OK definitely not worth the cost of phone. Very disappointing.

It does not stick on the edges of the phone. Concerns me that it will not protect the phone.

Disappointed with Samsung S20 Ultra max Phone. Display broke in a single fall. 200 dollars to fix it at Samsung. Camera having problems for close up shots. Fake internet signal. Expensive and problematic cell phone. I do not recommend. Disappointed with Samsung.

worse samsung EVER! Have to reboot someday as it just gets stuck. Zoom is OVER RATED and pictures blur. Hate this phone. Screen is not as good as previous. Had in my pocket and the screen scratched. Couldn't put a screen protector on it when I first got it because they hadn't released them yet. SAVE your money!

ive had freezing. Apps not working. Unresponsive.

We bought 2 phone both having the yellow/black spot issues, was told that the correct protection plan cant be added until the store open back up so waiting for quarantine to end like everyone else.

Only thing I like about this phone is the camera, and even that isn't much better than the phone i used before this one. Price is terrible. Best buy customer service is trash.

phone are okay, but the pictures quality of this phone not happy with it, My previous Samsung phones like my S9+ camera much better.

I have the protection plan thank God. Way to fragile compared to the older models. I would never buy it again. Wish I had a do over.

This is my second s20 ultra. The screen freezes. The apps freeze. Happened on both phones. I don't recommend it.
