Great camera and that have a long durable battery.

Best Buy service was top notch. We could tell how stressful it is to deal with so many customers asking random questions and testing the patience of Best Buy employees but all of them were patient and kind and did their best to help everyone. The phone itself is great with a large screen and camera.

the camera seems good a size is nice. Defiantly pleased so far by the new phone.

I bought the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra (Verizon) from the Best Buy app. Got delivered two days later to me here at home. My previous phone was an Apple 11 Pro Max 512 Gb. I can honestly say between the two of them, the Samsung is better, bigger, and funner. The S20 Ultra can record videos in 8k, has upgradable memory, and the best screen mirroring in the business. I plan on buying an 8k TV here at some point to get ready for the next gen gaming systems. I am currently a Samsung 4k TV owner but would like to upgrade. And with that in mind, when I found out the Galaxy S20 Ultra can record in 8k, not to mention flawless screen mirroring between Samsung TV's and Samsung phones, I was sold. Ultimately, the shift from Apple to Samsung took me about a week. But I'm finally able to kick up my heels and write this review. Today is Thursday April 9th, 2020. With that said, there is no way I am going back to Apple's current selections from this beast. No sir. =)

This phone has an amazing camera! Well worth the money. I don't know about the service and how well it holds up to travel, since we are staying at home 100% of the time. I look forward to being able to test it out more.

While admittedly bulky and expensive in cost, the S20 Ultra has been working reasonably well, holding a charge for 2 to 3 days between charges. Only problems I have had besides getting used to the size of the phone, was activation initially, where I had to swap the SIM card from my old phone into the new one as Verizon didn't seem to recognize it.

I needed a new phone. I had been looking at this phone when my old phone decided to start dying. I'm very happy with this phone. I wanted a better camera. This camera is fabulous. I'm still learning how to use all the features. I would definitely recommend it.

The phone is great. Charging time on a 20% battery is about 55 minutes. The features on the cameras are a great upgrade. The battery life is awesome, I'm a person who uses the cellphone with some moderation so for me the battery last between 36 to 48 hours

This is and great phone the camera is amazing. Looking at the screen is like the best 4kTv ...the price point is the only thing stopping me from giving the phone 5 stars and dealing with Samsung trying to get my per order credit

pretty large phone. Not a huge deal. Just big. Works very quickly. Camera settings are fun and awesome. Some really great new features. Could probably spend 10 years with this phone and never discover everything.

Nice color and design, light weight, useful and sophisticated. It was the latest in technology when I bought it. Good to carry with you around.. fast machine and have very much capacity.

Great phone, I love the size and the ease in which it is to use and handle. I like a big phone so this is for me. They did remove the headphone jack but I just bought an 4.00 adapter so no problem

This so far has been the smoothest experience I have ever had on a cellphone. The screen is awesome and the camera is better than anything I've used including an iPhone 11 pro. Samsung is doing a great job

Overall a good phone but the camera is what needs some work in certain areas. Still a good camera. Just don't expect to be quite as great as Samsung leads you to believe. They are doing software updates which helps with some issues a little but not perfect.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5g is my favorite phone I've owned. Looking forward to 5g actually coming to Ohio so I can enjoy that as well. Right now though, does everything I need and want.

High expectations for this phone and none of them were really met. Camera is better but not a ton. It's a bit more glitchy than expected. Quality phone. Definitely not worth the price tag.

I had a Samsung Note 4 that I liked very much but when that stopped working I replaced it with an LG which I didn't really care for much. I really wanted to wait for the Note 20 Ultra but it didn't arrive on the market soon enough and I had a damaged camera lens on the LG so I couldn't use the camera. The camera on the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is outstanding, but the talk text function is downright awful. My LG and previous Note 4 were much better. I really need to use talk text as I have a hard time typing on the little characters. I personally believe I should have waited for the Note 20 because at least I would have a stylus to help type.

Excellent product, does everything it says it does and more. The camera is so clear and the zoom option is really perfect for those more in depth pictures
