The Samsung S20 Ultra is a monster of a phone and it checks all the boxes for phone of the current generation. Durablity, resolution, frame rate, future proof with 5G, expandable storage, huge screen! There were complains about camera but software updates fixed all the issues. I will be holding to this phone for many years.

nothing negative to say about this product, it is easy to use. the speed is faster then s10+. This phone is able to keep more applications working in the background. camera quality is outstanding. I do have to use it quite often at work. Since I work with small details, the camera is able to pick all of them up with no problem.

I currently own the S20 Ultra 5G and an iPhone 12 Pro Max as my daily drivers. However, for the most part I prefer using the S20 Ultra for content consumption due to it's sheer screen real estate and colors that are being produced. Don't get me wrong the iPhone 12 Pro Max is amazing as well however I feel like the S20 just has a better color presentation. In terms of performance it is top notch. I've owned the phone for around 8 months now and have very rarely encountered any slow downs or crashes. Samsung has also really stepped up their game in providing OS updates and supporting their phones for 3 years instead of 2. In terms of 5G performance, I can't really speak much on this matter as I've only used it on Visible's 5G plan and to be honest it is bad, really worse compared to their LTE. Hence I barely use it, however if you do have Verizon's mmWave unlimited plans I think this would be a great fit. My biggest complains would be the battery life, when running the phone at 120 Hz (Which everyone should) the battery life is extremely mediocre, even when doing something as simple as reading a book. At a price point of almost $1300 it is definitely not worth it. I would price this as a reasonable phone around $700.

By far the best Samsung phone I have ever had. The camer takes amazing photos and has the farthest zoom I have ever heard of for a smart phone. It's also tough as nails as i've dropped it a few times without a bit of damage or even the slightest ding. A bit expensive but well worth it since it came unlocked.

I recently upgraded my Samsung Galaxy S8+ to a Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. Two huge improvements in battery life (I can go for more than a day with heavy usage without having to recharge my phone) and quality of camera (the best part is the 100x's zoom lense). I highly recommend this phone!!

Really like this new phone. Just upgraded for better battery and it sure delivers. Use it for work and can sometimes get a full 2 days out of it (never used to get longer than 1 day). Really like the camera, out on vacation, this would get much better pics than the other phones with us

The main reason I bought this particular phone was the camera. I take all kinds of pictures and as far as the cameras concerned it's amazing although when I first got the phone some of the factory apps that are quote unquote essential and tell you that your phone may not work properly if you disable something well my phone in the beginning was telling me when I use my voice to text feature microphone was being used by other apps! How can that override my commandsI'm the owner I had to disable the apps which I believe is why my phone operates a little slow and it should not for the price I paid!! I would not recommend it to a friend simply because the price is way too high for the irritation I've dealt with when my commands can be overridden by Factory app which is necessary to the phone and maybe it's my carrier but the phone is a lot slower than the description says it will be it's supposed to be super fast...

Upgraded from my Galaxy s10+ as a "treat yo 'self" kinda day. And i honestly love the phone. Everything from the cameras to the long battery life even up to the "Super Fast Charger" thats included. To the point where my dad wants to switch from his iPhone to this phone as well

I love this phone. The camera is super great. The 100x zoombis perfect add on. The all day battery works fantastix. And will still have timenleft. The battery actually last a couple days with normal use.three if your like me.

I've never been one for buying bleeding edge technology as the price was always ridiculously high, but there's no buyers remorse today. This phone is feature rich without all the provider bloatware, and it's got the chutzpah in processing power. The charge time using the quick charger is astonishingly fast. My only two reasons for not giving it 5 stars is the charging cord is USB C on both ends and it did not come with a USB A connector for my PC. I am able to transfer files but I have to use an app that needed to be installed on both the phone and my PC. The other reason is the price. Yes I chose to pay it but that doesn't mean I'm going to thank Samsung for charging so much.

Overall great phone! Received mine on March 6th, 2020. Camera is excellent, Screen refresh rate 120 hz, Very convenient and comfortable size, Color and readability superior, takes wonderful videos, hard to take a bad photo. I have mine in a Spigen Rugged Armor case therefore it is not too heavy nor is it too bulky and is very attractive, showing off phone and fits glass screen protector that is screen fingerprint sensor functional. Best phone I have owned to date. Expensive phone? Yes, but well worth it.

Really like this new phone. Had an S10 and moved up for better battery and picture / video. Can definitely notice the difference. Also like the size, thinking that was maybe going to be too big but don't think it is at all to large

Love the camera of S20. S20 upgrades are nice and battery life is great. Played my games for most of the day and barely drained the battery compared to my old phone where I would have had to charged my phone multiple times.

I really like this phone. It has a really really fare video range. Way farther then my I phone 11 pro max . I bought this for my wife she a smart phone person. I’m I phone guy we compared the cameras in different Lighting and environment. The I phone just does better. When we take pictures my wife always ask ! dad let me see your phone . And I reply back why you looking for some high quality video . I got to say the S20 ultra has a lot of cooler features and custom Filters . That do cool stuff without downloading apps But over all I’m happy with this phone . One of the things I really like about this over my I phone 11pro max is the ability to have like 3x the memory then the 512 GB my I phone has . So I hope this help people who can’t decide

We like the phone. Beware it has a completely different charger/charging port cable. Cannot use chargers or cables from previous Samsung phones. Very expensive also. Good protective cases do not exist.

I went from S8+ to an S20 Ultra and very happy. The size is really nice, I have small hands. Of course, the camera is fantastic, which goes without saying. Price tag a bit high, but worth it.

Absolutely love this phone best one I ever had fast Crystal Clear excellent pictures if you ever thinking about buying one get it you'll love it

The most I love about this phone are the quality of pictures! Thousand times better than Ipone 11 camera. Just not a big fan of big phones which I don’t like about this one.

By far the best phone I've ever owned or had in my hands. Camera is by far the best available. Battery lasts all day. This phone is amazing. Simply the Best.

I can't tell you how much i liked this phone and the quality of pictures the phone takes. I bought this phone as gift for my wife and she loved it. The screen size and quality, the speed, the camera (its professional camera installed in small phone), the sleek finish and design. Everything is nice and well thought of in this phone. I'm a note fan and i hope they make the note ad good as this one or better. I can't wait for their new note so i can upgrade my phone too.
