This is a fantastic purchase. I have to say this phone does everything it is intended to do and more. The only downside obviously is the price. Now it will be outdone by the s21 but you can't go wrong with this purchase.

Love the phone and camera. However, this is my 1st unlocked phone and notices i don’t have all the features in a monthly finance phone through the carrier. I don’t have the 5G service and no Wi-Fi calling. I might be missing something else but still learning the phone

Bought this phone for a family member and they really enjoyed using it. They said it was easy to use and liked the storage capacity for photos videos etc.

this phone is phenomenal. Pictures come out great and I love the selpie feature since you don't have to try and click a button. Just say smile and it takes your selfie.

Bought it a while ago now, but still love it and am still using it. Definitely on the large size, but it works great for me. The camera is awesome as well

Great phone. But built in camera app does not work. I had to download a 3rd party app to use it. Otherwise a very good phone. Fast processor, great battery life and I charged it from 20% to 100% in under an hour. Beats my pixel 3A XL.

I've only begun to get into all of the features on this phone and so far its been amazing. I'm a terrible photographer and this phone makes me look like I know what I'm doing and videos are amazing, I haven't tried the 8K video recording yet but I'm looking forward to it. It's very fast what ever I'm doing searching the internet, editing videos, loading mass quantities of media from my accounts that I'm aloud to and I added a 1 terabyte memory card so I think its going to take a while for me to run out of space which is what happens with every other phone that I've owned. So from me five stars.

I upgraded to the Samsung galaxy s20 ultra and I'm so glad I did. The transfer was quick and easy, and buying was quick easy and efficient. Love the camera and the size of the phone is perfect size for my hands

Phone is fast and smooth on operating. However its not Samsungs best effort. Camera despite updates I am having blurry images with short distance photos a common reported issue. No esim support despite other brands having this feature for a while. If your buying the unlocked and going to use Verizon be warned Verizon doesn't support the S20 Ultra for the travelpass. I have 2 phone two separate accounts will not activate and verizons response Unlocked Varient not supported!! Whilst its a nice phone it seems to be quiet a few annoying incompatible issues that samsung should have resolved by now. Still many bugs being ironed out. I am going to buy a different phone very soon.

I am a creature of habit and I miss the rear fingerprint censor. The front sensor works fine but, it's more of a pain then the rear ones. I also read a lot about the fantastic camera and I don't see that much difference. There is great zoom but motion shots are still blurry. It's sleek and gorgeous but I don't like the camera section sticking out so far. It makes the case and phone cover together huge!! Why have this super thin phone if you have to have a brick in your pocket once you put a case on it? Charging is super fast and went from 48% to full in 29 minutes. We will see how it stacks up over time. Overall I am not unhappy but I am not convinced that it was worth all the money to upgrade.

Love my S20 Ultra. I get compliments over the photos I get all the time, and I do find those comments coming from iPhone users, so take that as you will. Overall, you get what you pay for!

I love my new phone!! I love the quality and the quality of pictures. I can take awesome pictures on the moon (I've never been able to get a good pic of the moon with any other phone).

This phone is great i can actually make a phone call in any area and the person on the other end of the call can hear me clearly. The camera is awesome I can take multiple pictures in one photo

I love the phone. It's my first Samsung phone ever! I love the display and the fast processor. Very happy witth this purchase. The only one negative is it's pretty pricey.

I had been using it for a while and I love it. The system still running smoothly and the beat part is it camera which I can zoom in 100X.

Has great features and premium feel to it. Great for emails and social media. The battery life is great and screen size make it a great company to go through the day.

The S20 Ultra is the best phone on the market right now! I literally have a DSLR Camera in my pocket! Thanks Best Buy and Samsung!

This phone looks amazing with great features. It has the greatest camera ever in smartphone segments. I would recommend this product.

I am a committed Samsung user and I usually love their products. This S20 is just ok. I've had connectivity issues with it the entire time I've owned it. Verizon claims it's because I have an unlocked phone, Samsung says it's a Verizon issue. However, I also have had wifi connectivity issues and casting problems, so it seems to be a hardware problem.
