This phone was a big step up from my 7 year old android but WOW! Great camera and I like the screen functions now that I'm getting used to them. Having some problems though getting the right sound to play for different notifications, but that's been my only real issue so far. That and figuring out how to turn Bixby off.

Love my new phone. Although I have always had Samsung phones, this is first new one in 4 years. At my advanced age, I appreciate the ease of transition into a newer version while maintaining the basic functions. The ease of getting used to a newer phone is important to me.

Overall, I am satisfied with this phone. It takes great photos! I have always been a Galaxy customer and will continue to be so! I do seem to get annoyed with the amount of unnecessary apps that get placed on this phone.

great phone. it is a an equivalent of a computer except smaller. charges in no time and has great battery life. i do everything from school. work and personal. now i can take advantage of my verizon 5g technology.

Good phone. Light weight, great camera pics and clear, bright crisp visual and sounds. My only gripe is the keyboard. The letters are too close and the spacebar is small too. Makes the auto correct work overtime. But other than that...a solid phone.

Thanks Samsung very good phone. Huge display, huge battery and huge sale! Got it for $599 activated today. And for that price it’s great. Bring back expandable storage and will be buying it if it does :).

Perfect for me. Excellent reception. Crystal clear voice. I live out where a Mo to to la phone was my only choice for good reception. Works very well. Great screen. Fast processor and downloads!

I’m so glad that I upgraded to the Galaxy S21 plus! The phone charges so must faster and the pictures are so much clearer. The transition from the Galaxy S9 was easy!

My new Samsung 21 +5G is great. Since I have been a Samsung guy for 15 + years the new phone was easy at master. The camera is great with so many features that I an still trying them out.

Good quality, hate that they got rid of the external storage and as a mother this was an amazing feature since I take a lot of photos. The camera quality goes down when you zoom in. Haven't had any issues with it yet.

So far so good. Very happy with my new Samsung. I can already see the additional battery life from my S-8 and the better resolution of the camera. I'm sure still much to learn.

Phone work very well as expected. Somewhat difficult to plug in with cover. Only concern (I assume Best Buy will fix that) is the low volume of incoming calls. Phone is relatively heavy and large but that's OK with me.

I'm assuming this phone is great. Iwanted the s-pen feature, which is the only reason i returned this phone. The colors were nice, system functional and it was light weight.

Great phone for people who like android. This was a purchase for my husband as he prefers Samsung products over Apple. This phone has a great camera

Good voice call quality. bright display, and great camera. Good price point for phone quality and hardware. Bought 45 days ago, no issues so far.

So far I am very happy with this phone. The camera is excellent! It has taken me awhile to get used to the buttons all on the right side of the phone and no headphone jack.

If your a fan of Android and the galaxy lines of phones this is great and a positive upgrade bigger lighter faster then the previous and the camera is so realistic!!!
